Any time we call we are seen in a very timely manor. I have adopted senior cats and they all needed special care, Dr. Howard is always so kind and takes time to explain everything to us. Our one dog was recently diagnosed with kidney diseas. Dr. Howard was quick to get us to the right people and place. My husband and myself feel very secure about taking our pets to Carolina Forest Animal Clinic and Dr. Howard has been a blessing to us. can't recommend him and his staff enough.

The horrible reviews made me question coming here. But the ladies at the front desk were wonderful. The doctor herself was wonderful. Everybody was just so nice. I believe the doctors name was Doctor Smith. She explained everything to me and I can tell she actually cared. She gave me all the reassurance I didn't even know I needed because I was questioning certain things. She let me know that it is their job to explain everything to me and to not be afraid to ask questions. I will probably never go anywhere else unless things change in a negative way but so far I love it. They cared for my kitten so well , gave her treats and cuddles. 10/10 the environment and the people.

Our dog is a sweet boy, but has extreme anxiety that makes it challenging to do anything for him, but Dr. Macfarlane and every vet tech we worked with were beyond amazing. They were patient, kind, and compassionate. They ensured our dog was comfortable during his visit and really took the time to discuss his health with us.We are so happy to have found them and we are excited to continue our dogs health care with them!! 12/10 recommend!

Since we started the program under the expertise of Rachel, Daisy and I have become a good team. She is far less reactive although we still struggle with golf carts speeding, and dogs. Rachel is so patient and I am fascinated with her knowledge that she shares which really helps tie in why these steps are so effective. She is prompt in fielding questions, and encourages using common sense. Recently, Daisy has beenexpressing interest in other people, especially on the walking paths. 4 months ago, she would have been barking, lunging, and extremely anxious.We are going to start Calm Canines later this week, also with Rachel. We are looking forward to continuing our learning journey with group lessons.

I live in Indiana now but rest ashore ever 3-4 months my pups are spending 2-3 days there. They get groomed and get to relax and play with the other pups. The staff is top notch. Friendly as can be. The facility is very clean. Bottom line. They are the Best.

Since it was my very first visit they gave me sample of Cuban coffee.. very strong but very good!! I ordered a caramel macchiato and took in the ambiance of the shop! The owner was doing a pour over coffee sampling at a table. I was told that for a fee per person the owner has these tastings once in awhile. I'd love to get to do that one day!!it's a very welcome different coffee place in our neighborhood! They also have smoothies and food items like pastries and such.. I will definitely come back with hubby so he can try it too

When I came home and opened the bag the personalized card, paw prints, and letter made me cry, it’s so sweet of them! I got one of the necklaces and requested to bring my other pups ashes in that passed away in a different state last year to mix in the necklace and they said yes without any hesitation. When we opened my other pets urn that was cremated in FL her ashes were in a gallon ziplock bag! When he put the ashes back he wrapped them with care and covered them to provide the dignity she deserves.Kevin was so kind and could sense I was struggling and gave the warmest hug, which I really needed. Setting up cremation, picking out an urn, was not a hassle at all, which was much needed because we were out of our minds with grief. You can tell the care that they put into making sure every animal has the dignity and respect that they deserve.I cannot thank them enough!
