First time experience at Patriot Automotive. I brought my daughter's 2015 Forester here after receiving a discrepancy list from the Subaru delearship that totaled over $3k. Patriot took the list, did the math, had a quote ready in a matter of hours and saved me over $2k and a bunch of hassle. They also put me on the schedule within two days. I have no complaints and am pleased with the service completed and the customer service received through it all. You have a new customer!! Thank you!

I contacted this shop after reading their great reviews and I am glad I did. They are wonderful! From Jennifer at the front desk to their mechanics and owners this shop is the best I have found around town. They took the time to look at my sons car for me and break it down by priority for an affordable price. Hands down I will only use this shop while we are stationed here.

I was quoted over $3500 for repairs by another dealership, patriot automotive fixed my car for less than a third of that. The people that work here are honest, explain everything to you in great detail, and never make you feel like they’re trying to squeeze you for money. These folks are fantastic, and have my business anytime i need my car repaired.

I needed some brake work on my 1987 Bronco, so I called and asked if this was something they would work on. They said yes, so I brought it up there. My truck ended up there for 2 weeks, and through numerous calls I realized they were treating it as a low priority because it was an “older vehicle.” At one point I was literally told “This is why we don’t work on these, because they just become a nightmare.” It’s a brake flush on a vehicle that is so abundant, they stock most parts on the shelf. Finally, after 2 weeks, they called me and asked me to pick it up, and that they didn’t want to work on it anymore. They didn’t even finish the brake job, but had no problem charging me over $200 for work they didn’t even complete. My brakes are the same as when I came in. If they didn’t want to work on it, fine. Why not just tell me at the beginning and save us both a headache and wasted money? Disappointing experience.
