Friendly staff. Really impressed at the quantity and variety of products they fit in a small space. It's only 2 rooms but it's a proper asian grocery store including spices, pickled items, produce, dishes, etc in addition to noodles and things.

Always has whatever I'm about to take a culinary plunge into. Clean, non-harrassing and threatening. They don't mind you looking at YOUR pace at the many items or even answering questions about types of dishes some ingredients are used. I've been in and out, and I've been in and exploring. Uninterrupted.

I went to Oriental Market to see if they had a few items I needed. The store has a large amount of dry foods. Most of the food here is dry foods. Oriental Market is more than a grocery store, because of the range in products they offer. The store specializes in Filipino ingredients.The section of items in the store is pretty good considering it’s in Jacksonville. The store carries noodles, sauces, spices, drinks, candy, frozen foods and a small selection of vegetables. They also carry kitchen items like bowls and utensils, even clothing and hair products.They have a small selection of vegetables.The prices at the store are a little high for a lot of items. But that is most likely due to the location of the store.The lady at the counter was not friendly at all. Which I found odd. Customer service should always be friendly. They lost a Star because of this.I give Oriental Market3 Stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ It’s an ok Asian (Filipino) grocery store. If you don’t mind paying a little extra, or having friendly service, check the place out.

A different type of market. I went in looking for okinawa sweet potatoes and found a grocery/department type store. I also found mirasaki sweet potatoes which was a bonus. Nice clean establishment. The help was very attentive.

I’ve been here 4 times with my family and every time is a great experience, the lady at the front is always so nice, she makes me and my husband feel welcomed and my support dog. Last time I went without my husband and I couldn’t get out the door with my stroller she helped me and held the door. Also me and my husband love their wide variety of ice creams, there bao buns, selection of ramen, and snacks. Good service, and yummy goods!

This place is full of trash . The old Japanese lady doesn’t know how to behave with the customers. She is extremely rude and mannerless person totally unprofessional. I tried to return something and she yell at me for no reason . I cant even understand what she was talking about all I heard is yelling and shouting at me and her english is unclear . I explained her everything why do I wanna return but still she was acting like a old grouchy person . So therefore I couldn’t return the items . WellI guess she need to go to mental hospital instead of staying in oriental market lol or she need to take relax pills for relaxation.She is crazy ?for sure .I willNever go to this rude place anymore!
