Poor service. Went there for scheduled CT scan for fractured heel.Waited in hospital main lobby for someone to transport me to radiology department with wheel chair.Nobody showed, were told no wheel chair available. Front desk lady suggested to go back to department, on my crutches with broken heel.I managed to get there, way too far on my crutches, fractured right heel AND severely bruised left foot!When I finally got there, no one was there in waiting area. My wife had to flag down a nurse.Nurse asked for the "order" for my scan, which was at front desk. She insisted I need an order to get my scan.I told her of my condition, she showed indifference to that and repeated the need for an order.Finally, a nurse showed up with a wheel chair the supposedly didn't have.WORST service I have EVER received from ANY hospital in my entire 62 years of my life!Felt so sorry to have inconvenienced the nurse and forced her to do her work...SERIOUSLY?!

This place hardly ever has a wait and everyone who works here is super friendly. I have regular scans for chronic issues, and my Dr used to send me to the place on Henderson... never again. They have the same equipment and this place doesn't waste hours upon hours of my day.

I had to come in for a check up and I will say that my experience with them was amazing from start to finish. They are very responsive in picking up the phone and answering questions. They are also thankfully easy to find. Parking was decent and I never really had issues finding a parking spot. I was greeted right away and handled paperwork fairly quickly. The waiting area is comfortable and pretty spacious. I will admit that, like many clinic type areas, it does get a bit chilly, but they do offer you a blanket when you're waiting in the back. Everyone here takes the time to explain what's going on and what will be needed of you. They are also very patient and very welcoming. They made what can be an uncomfortable check up, into something manageable. Thank you all so much!

Thank You, Thank You To ALL the staff & doctors at Onslow Memorial Hospital, for once again getting me up & running {maybe not at my age will I do any running}. Too all at IMCU-3RD FLOOR. My thanks cannot be enough. W.M MELSO

I arrived for my appointment about 20 minutes early (they tell you to arrive 15 minutes ahead), filled out the small amount of paperwork, and was taken back before I even had a chance to get settled. The staff I dealt with were all very nice, and the radiology tech was great as well, especially considering the personal nature of the appointment (mammogram). It went much quicker than I anticipated, and I was on my way home a mere 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Wow! At most places, I'd still be in the waiting room at 10 minutes after my appointment time. I'd definitely recommend this place!
