I had a very positive experience here, and couldn't be more thrilled with the Dodge Journey I got through them. Travis was super helpful making the process a total breeze, and working with us to not leave empty handed. I was pretty impressed with how accommodating they were with the money I had to work with at the time. A big thank you to OCMC and Travis!

This would have been a five-star review. I purchased my Jeep Wrangler a couple of weeks ago, and love it. Working with OCM, and with Gary, was great. The price was fair, the trade in for my old vehicle was more than fair. I would highly recommend them.
That said, when you make your purchase, pay cash or arrange your own financing. I was under the impression OCM had in-house financing; they do not. The financing goes through a sleazy, sketchy, dishonest outfit called Lendmark Finance. This is a cheap, storefront "payday loan" company. These people lied to me left and right. The application was done on a "docu-sign" program where you click to sign. I was told I would get hard copies, but those only came by email later. On one screen, the woman said, "This is so you can pay online." When I looked at the hard copies later, I realized what I had "signed" for was some worthless Autoplus service that cost $600! And somewhere along the way, I evidently "signed" for Involuntary Unemployment Insurance. I would definitely not have knowingly purchased this because most of my income is from retirement, not current employment. Page after page, lie after lie! If, for whatever reason, you must deal with Lendmark, DO NOT USE THE DOCU-SIGN PROCESS!! Insist on paper copies, sign only the paper copies, and read EVERY SINGLE WORD of what you are signing!
As I said, I loved working with OCM. But, unfortunately, we are often known by the company we keep. And Onslow County Motors, in Lendmark Finance, you are running with some very, very sleazy company.

I purchased a 2010 Ford Escaape for my daughter and there was a problem with the brakes and rear hatch mechanism. They took the car to get the brakes fixed two times, to the same shop that didn't do a good job the first time, so we are still having the same problem. We also took the car to Sanders Ford and paid $163 to run a diagnostic program in the vehicle and found she also has problem in the wiring harness, that OCMC said was a problem with the rear hatch assembly. We switched out the part twice, we are now going to have to take the car to an electrical shop to get it fixed since it is the hatch mechanism.
Wetook the Escape back to OCMC because the brakes locked up again and my daughter was on her way to Burgaw when she has the problem again. She couldn't drive faster than 35 miles per hour without the car shaking and hard to control, she had to drive on the side of the highway in order to take it back again to see if they would fix it. We dropped it off with our fingers crossed that it would be fixed this time.
OCMC has been trying to help us by taking the car to see if they can find and fix the problem.
My daughter us suck in Wilmingtoagain. nthe cars brakes locked up and she cannot drive it safely. She called the salesman and he did not believe her so she sent back video to him and the company won't do anything and she will just have to stay there all day and night, until the car lets her drive it gor a few miles, who knows when she will get home.

My son is a Marine, and we went to see OCM inventory. The day was rainy but it didn't stop Mr. Travis to walk out and still help us and take time to explain deals they had and answer questions. We finally decided on a Honda Cevic. The process went smooth, and Mr. Travis walked my son thru the whole process. Thank you! Mr. Travis. He will definitely go back when he is ready for his upgrade on vehicles. Excellent price too.

Looking for my son's first car we visited larger and smaller dealerships.
We came across OCMC on line, prices were easy on the eyes, cars seemed nice. We ventured to it and from the moment we drove up, we were greeted by Gary, super great attitude, he patiently showed us around.
We chose a hybrid. It was in our sights.
Next day, the low air tire signal was on dash. Upon looking closer, the tires needed attention.
I called Gary and sent him a pic of the tire, without hesitation he says:
Ok! Take the vehicle to the tire place about 300 ft away from us, they'll be waiting for you. Well, Sure enough!
Patience, Customer Service, Honesty.
Great experience! Class act.
I believe we found our "go to" car dealership.

I live in Fayetteville, they transported the car for me home; then there was an issue with the converter they asked me to bring it to them to fix. They did fix it and they re-redeliver the car for me to my house. I recommend them to anyone.

Helped my little sister buy a 2015 Subaru Legacy here last Wednesday. Absolutely loved the service, Brandon and Terry (I hope I’m spelling his name right) were incredible!We weren’t haggled or pressured, this was the smoothest (and kindest) car buying experience I’ve ever had. It felt like dealing with family!Terry is an absolute gem! He stayed with us as we handled all of the details and he was just so sweet and personable.
