“Took my truck in for exhaust work and they had an issue with the tech not coming into work. I was told when I made the appointment that it would take about 4 hours. With that in mind I scheduled an appointment with DMV for 3 pm. When the tech hadn't shown up by 10:30, Ryan arranged for another location to do the work. Around 1:30 I called to find out the status and was told it would be around 4:30 before it would be done. I explained my situation and Bubba stepped up to the plate and loaned me his car. All was was taken care of and I made it to my appointment. Thanks Ryan and Bubba!”

“Mr. McCaffrey runs a great shop. My son had major problems with his vehicle, and was new to the area. We were several states away and could not directly help. Mr. McCaffrey was able to look at the vehicle the next day and provide information on what might be wrong. He did not sugar coat the possibilities and it did turn out to be a major repair. He was easy to work with throughout the process and was quick to notify us when there was the occasional snag. He recommended appropriate additional work as he got into the repair, and I appreciated that his goal was the same as mine: a safe and reliable vehicle. I was nervous about such a long-distance repair but after this experience I whole-heartedly recommend Leatherneck Automotive. I trust them, their costs and timelines are reasonable, and I expect my son to use them going forward for whatever he needs.”
“The service was fast, the staff was polite, and thorough. I supplied my own oil and filter. I watched them do every from inside my car, and then after the oil change they show you the level and go through a check making sure all the caps and plugs were in place. Great Job.”

This is not a fifteen minute job - they take their time and do a great job. Corey worked on my F-150 and is outstanding! Went back over my truck on his own and re-vacuumed spots he found inside before turning vehicle back over to me. Lots of car washes in Jacksonville bit none better than these guys.”
