New River HD is hands down the best Harley Davidson dealership in ENC. My recent purchase experience having Andie as my salesperson was absolutely the easiest motorcycle transaction I’ve ever had. Never was there an ounce of pressure or did I ever feel any push like I’ve experienced at other dealerships.
Every employee involved in the purchase of my new FXLRST was super helpful. Shoutout to Dane in parts, David in service and John in sales as well. These folks know how to run a top notch establishment.

I thought my motorcycle skills were respectable until I completed the Basic Rider’s Course at the New River Harley Davidson Riding Academy. Overall, this was the best course environment and learning experience bar none. The first day we were introduced to Jon and all the staff and everyone was friendly, supportive, and welcoming. Also, my thanks to Michele the internet guru for ensuring we had class dates and needed study material.
Training was based on one coach and six training slots which made this a more personalized close support class. Our instructor Moe was without question phenomenal! If I were to take another course, I would without hesitation request him. He was patient, professional, highly motivated, and determined to help us pass using these newly learned techniques to accentuate and be more proficient for a safer riding experience. He made the course interesting and fun reinforcing the importance of employing these skills as muscle memory and always continuing to practice. Undeniably, I feel I passed these course tests with ease due to Moe’s direction and teachings.
A huge thanks to New River Harley Davidson Riding Academy for providing the best environment and the best instructor “Moe” while taking the BRC. You folks do it right!

My husband came in to purchase his first Harley but wasn’t sure exactly what he wanted. Miguel was so kind and patient throughout the process. He explained everything with such detail that it made the process comfortable and honestly even fun. Every person that was working that day was friendly and the environment was very inviting. 10 out of 10!

Always great help when you need it. Difficult to get a service appointment. Always having to book a couple of weeks out. Ending up going to boneyard because they have an opening right away.
