My husband has always gotten his fre from here, checking our bank today, they charged almost double than what it should have been. He never felt like he had to ask for a receipt because why would they do that, but they sure did. Almost 30$ for 5 cans of fre so doubled the normal price.

I've been coming here for quite a while and they've been absolutely wonderful for me I'm fighting cancer and they're always there are offer some new products or things that they think will help me so I really enjoy this store and I'm pretty loyal

NC tobacco and vapor has been one of the best vape shops in North Carolina that I have physical. Customer service excellent products are always good always have a smile on your face always willing to help as a customer needs it I appreciate them so much so yes I rate them a five-star because they deserve it thanks toothy friendly faces and the pretty smiles that we have in North Carolina and NC tobacco and vapor thank you guys so much ❤️

They have drinks that expired in October 31, 2022. Wouldn't give us our refund back and told me when i poured my drink out he would've gave me my refund if i wouldn't have poured it out. All their tobacco products was stale as well.

What I like most about this shop is their prices and customer service. I have not been to many shops in Jacksonville, perhaps about ten. From the shops I've been to, these folks are the friendliest. I don't know about you, but it's nice being received by someone who seems happy to see you, smile, and wanting to help and improve your shopping experience even though you are a long-time customer.

Heard good things about this place so came to check it out! Set outside in the drive-through for 10 minutes while the female and that was working was socializing with her friends in drive-through so therefore I had to park to go in just to get help
