Had a great car buying experience today! Called ahead to let them know that we had a limited amount of time and the vehicle we were coming to look at. We drove an hour to get there and when we arrived, our salesman John M. was there with the vehicle we called about up front and waiting for us! We checked out the vehicle and proceeded with financing with Stephen. He valued our no non-sense approach to car buying and got us in and out! We’ve never bought a car in 2 hours but today we did! I’ll make the hour long drive the Sport Durst again and again and cannot recommend them enough! My new Atlas is pretty fab too!

The staff here is very knowledgeable and professional. They really make you feel like family. John Musselwhite is outstanding and I seriously appreciate you working with us as far as finding the vehicle we came here to see. I left in it and couldn't be happier. This place is legit! By the way their coffee machine is on point had about 4 cups and had the jitters when I left but I left in the vehicle I wanted and smiling. 5 stars from me thank you Soo much!! Superb service

John Musselwhite was amazing! We drove over an hour from Oriental to just look at a truck and get our Volkswagon serviced. Little did we know we were were leaving in a beautiful Chevy Silverado. The whole staff was outstanding and made the process soo easy. We were skeptical about the financing process but John made it such a Breeze. We actually enjoyed being there, and the whole staff Taylor, Elliot, Howard literally everyone was soo welcoming and fun it made buying our truck honestly such a fun experience we felt like old friends and family there. Thank you John you rock! We loved your professionalism and humor. Thank you Volkswagon Jacksonville!! Highly recommend!!!

Bought a preowned 2018 Outback, both Austin and Jeff stepped up to make the deal happen. They went as far as putting the vehicle on a lift so I could inspect the bottom side of the car to inspect for any rust. Great job guys! Will recommend to everyone looking for a car!

So far I think I know what's wrong but don't know the cost or how long they will keep my vehicle so this is an incomplete review.... hopefully when all is done I can complete review. Stay tuned...my car was finished it only took a day and was very affordable. Friendly staff and detailed billing . I would use them again for my cars needs.
