As a former manager of this corporation..I was sceptical of sending my daughter here...I'm in Pennsylvania and she is here looking for help...after talking to who I believe was (Chris).and hearing his reassurance of being fair and honest i sent her in...he and his staff went above and beyond.got her car right and didn't push unnecessary parts on her knowing the price for her safety was unlimited.i ran my shop with respect and honesty...I'm glad to see another manager and technicians so far away doing their best for the people and not the corporation....God bless..we need so many more like you...

I brought my car here to get it checked since I’m under a warranty that recommends mr.tire. Everyone here is friendly and knowledgeable. I’m shocked at some of the 1 stars. Seems like most people feel entitled to things. If you want your work done right with great customer service this is the place to go. I’m new to the area and for the past 10 years I was going to the same shop in CT. When I moved here I was worried about finding a trustworthy shop. This is it. Thank you guys for the kindness and help on my 14 versa.

Cannot recommend this store.Came to Mr Tire after a roadside emergency service had changed a flat. The roadside tech said my tire was repairable because the hole was in the tread and the tire only had about 5,000 miles on it.I went to Mr. Tire because they were open on Sunday and I was supposed to leave for home, 600 miles away, that day. They told me the tire could not be patched and offered to sell me a new tire on the spot (different model from what I have) for $269. I requested the same model and was quoted $289 for one tire, but it had to be ordered and would not arrive until sometime on Monday. They didn't know when the tire would arrive, so they suggested I leave my rim. They'd mount the new tire and let me know when it was ready. I declined and asked them to call when the tire came in and I'd come back over.Monday.... first thing, with no firm time from Mr. Tire, I went to another shop that sold the brand tire I needed. My intention was that if they had it in stock, I'd cancel Mr Tire. The other shop told me I defintely did NOT need a new tire. The hole was defintely patchable and not even close to needing a new tire. The hole was well into the tread, like AAA had said, and they had me on the road in 30 minutes and for less than $40.To be clear, I had been willing to buy a new tire from either this shop or Mr. Tire.I don't know if it was an inexperienced technician or an attempt to upsell a simple repair, but 2 of 3 professionals disagreed with Mr. Tire.

Changed from a 5 star review after feeling scammed. My tires needed replacing at around 20k miles. They were quick to tell me when I needed to prepare for things like new breaks, but must’ve conveniently left out that I need an alignment (I recently bought a wrangler and apparently needed one sooner than I’m used to) by what they said about/the look my tires.I also tested their knowledge with a reoccurring break lever problem I have and they advised me to get hundreds of dollars of work done (the same work I’ve had done twice before and didn’t fix the problem). Test failed. Don’t confuse their politeness for problem solving.

Dismiss all the 5 star reviews, the people writing them do not know any better. To start services here are over priced. Mr. Tire charges 129.99 for an alignment and 30.99 per tire to put on new tires (total: 253.95). They are not Military friendly. Was told numerous times that they would apply military discount to my purchase but instead all I got was a free additional “Shop Supply Fee” of 35.36 (total: 289.31). If a shop ever charges you a “Shop Supply Fee” that is an instant red flag do not return. Everyone who wrote a 5 star should check their invoices. Personally I do not like being lied to and it seems like that’s what Mr. Tire teaches its’ employees. While the tires were going to be off anyway I asked Mr. Tire to inspect my brakes and brake pads that I had reinstalled less than a year ago to make sure that everything was still in good condition. When they called to tell me to come pick up my car they said every thing was good. My second mistake was paying before I got in my car. When I paid and got my keys back, I turned on my car and started to pull out and my car was making an awful ticking noise coming from where else but my brake caliper?! I immediately did a U-turn and parked my car walked right back in and asked what was going on with my car. I didn’t even have to explain myself before they conveniently knew what the issue was, “Oh yeah your brake hardware is messed up you need to take it back to the company that did your brakes and get it fixed, the front driver side right?”. More red flags. They proceeded to try to convince me that the issue was happening ever since I brought the car in and it was documented on the paperwork that I requested them to check out the noise. Now personally I do not like to be lied to but I also do not like to be b.s.’d. Reference the picture below, the paperwork mentions “check brakes” which is what I requested not “check front driver side brake for awful ticking noise”. Long story even longer, they told me there is nothing they can do until the next day when the brake guy comes in. Next morning, Chris(who turns out to be the manager) was there. He apparently knew about the mysterious brake rotor noise too. Funny, not really. He was very happy when he told me he could check it out for me but it would be considered a brake inspection which I am sure they were planning on charging me for. When they pulled it on the lift it took two seconds for them to laugh and say the brake mounting clip (the piece that holds the pad in place) had been bent in such a way it was scraping my tire whenever I drove. WOW! You mean I have been driving for almost a year with a awful screeching noise coming from my tire and thought never to mention it when I was having my car checked. Personally I do not like being lied to, really don’t like being b.s.’d, but find it extremely rude and disrespectful when someone insults my intelligence and makes me feel like less of a person. They said the brake inspection was on them. Hmm. When I tried to talk to them about the forgotten military discount they said, “Well we already charged you we can’t give it back but we will make it up next time”. Next time? Fool me once, twice, three times and more, you think I will be returning for overpriced, inadequate, impolite, and destructive services. I walked out. When I got home I was going to try to give them a call and let their manager know I wasn’t happy. When I asked for the manager they hung up on me. Read other reviews, seems to be a reoccurring theme with people who know they got screwed over. Called from another phone, this time I was recording the call in case they hung up again. When I asked for the manager, turns out it was Chris, the same guy who lied, b.s.’d, and insulted my intelligence earlier. Sweet! I told him I was extremely ill-impressed with the services and the prices. I am running out of room for the review. Do not go to Mr. Tire. Don’t let the good rating fool you. 5 star reviewers check your invoices, if you have “Shop Supply Fee” change your review. Go to Discount Tire.

On Sunday, August 27 I brought my car into Mr.Tire as my usual mechanic was closed (big mistake). My AC was blowing out hot air. I was told a diagnostic test needed to be done with dye to determine what was wrong and that I would be charged $292.07 for this. After this test was complete I was told I needed a new AC compressor and that would be over $1,000. I decided not to do this as it was ridiculously overpriced. I waited to go to my usual mechanic shop. I brought my car in and told them what happened at Mr.Tire. They informed me that all my Freon was removed from my car and that there was no evidence dye was even used in the diagnostic test. I called Mr.Tire immediately and was told they usually always set it back and they were unsure why this occurred. They told me I would need to bring it in to check it out and asked if there were any leaks, which there wasn’t. Obviously I wasn’t going to bring my car back into a shop that did this in the first place. I’m just confused why I would be charged almost $300 just for my Freon to be completely removed from my car. Highly don’t recommend coming here, if your shop is closed just wait.

I had the best experience with this auto shop. I got my 7th flat tire this year and I was beyond frustrated. Thankfully i was smart and now carry a spare tire with me because the universe is just ridiculous at this point, or maybe its just Jacksonville because I am a good driver so its not my driving. Anyways, they were about to close but were able to get me in to replace my tire and the guy, omg i wish i knew his name, he did not charge me for it!!! Unless Corporate sees this comment, then yes, he did charge me. I felt like i had the best luck and was in such shock I treated myself to dunkin and probably wont sleep tonight but atleast im happy i have a working vehicle for work tomorrow!Thank you guys so much for hopefully turning my luck around and I will be back to replace my 2 rear tires soon and universe by soon i mean in a couple of months!!!

If I can give a 0 star I would. I’m highly pissed. My parents took my car to get serviced to get my front bad pads and rotors and an oil change and filter to be done. And they charged them almost $700. To me that is overly priced and I checked the cost it’s about $150 at max. Not $500. I would not be coming here again.

Paperwork said they rotated tires. Said my tires are fine... Then why is the same tire with a nail in it, in the same place it was? When I called them and told them, they hung up on me? They didn't even reset the computer when it's due next.... Still says oil change due.... Tag says the date I got it done and the mileage when I got it done.... Best almost $60 I've ever spent.... ???

If you want it done fast and right at a good price check them out ! I thought I had been jinxed because every time I turned around I had a nail in my tire so for like three weeks straight I had to go see them so they could plug a hole and then they end up get me a new tire but they were so sweet about it, and we laughed about it and they said I reminded them of another girl that they used to call nails because she was running over nails just like I was but with all the construction in town it’s almost hard to avoid it. Keep up the good work. Thanks for all that you do and I’m sure I’ll see you for my oil change !
