Needed to replace my battery to my keyless entry. Customer service was extremely nice and helpful and replaced battery for free. Much appreciated since I did not purchase my GMC from them.

I was pleased with the process of buying online. I was able to get exactly the vehicle I wanted. But, when the vehicle arrived the rims did not look quite right. It appeared, the black on black rims needed chrome on them. When I spoke to Fred Franklin about swapping them out he guaranteed me there would be a $500 charge. After he spoke with the manager of service the manager agreed. I would have to pay $500. I truly felt like after spending $81K at the dealership I should have been able to swap the rims out that were the same price - mind you.My parents have been buying from Moore Buick for years and they too were a little dissatisfied with the decision of having to pay for the swapped out rims. My parents buy at least one vehicle a year from Moore. My Dad even came in and spoke with Fred, service manager, etc and did not feel it was right. I was not asking for an upgrade - I was asking for the same price rim.When you buy online, unable to see the car you are buying, you would think when the car arrives, you would be able to make this small adjustment. After looking back on my experience, I probably should have left the dealership and went elsewhere. I was in the dealership for over 4 hours haggling a $3,500 problem.

Hands down the best dealership in ENC! Everyone is so kind and helpful. Steve is absolutely amazing. Listens to all your needs and comes up with a plan to best help you and your family. My husband and I bought a 2019 Colorado and we’re in love with it. I don’t think I’d trust anyone else with handling car business. 100% recommend coming here for all your truck and car needs. And yes, ask for Steve. You’ll be well taken care of!

Had a deal to change oil and tire rotation for my 2020 Acadia from coupons you guys send in the mail. I think it was suppose to be $49 or $59. Which is great! But the technician talked my wife in to changing the cabin air filter. She did it because she said she felt pressured and like she didn’t have a choice. She is unfamiliar maintenance needs on a vehicle.Long story short the cabin air filter along with oil change and tire rotation came out to over $180. I think that is a little irate due to a cabin filter only being about $10-$15 along with the expected $60 oil change and tire rotation.

On August 25, 2022, I took my 2016 Buick Lacrosse to Moore Buick dealership for them to replace my amplifier. This was the worse decision that I could have made. After I left my car at the dealership, I was called and told the technician was not able to work on my car because he had to leave work early. The customer service representative called me the next day and inform me the technician would not be working for the next two days. This is totally unsatisfactory because they should have allocated the job to another technician. I called to check on the progress of my car and I was told the technician could not programmed my new amplifier. I was called on August 30, 2022, by a service representative stating my car was fixed but I could not pick the vehicle up until Ally paid Moore Buick dealership. The way that was handle was so unprofessional because the service representative should have taken care all this prior to calling me. The representative was given all the warranty information before I dropped the car off for repair. Finally, on September 1, 2022, I picked up my Buick and was told I owe $ 204.90 for the programming of the amplifier and cleaning the connectors. I felt that I was taken advantage of because programming the amplifier should have been included in the cost. Finally, I will never do any business with Moore Buick again. I will also tell other people not do any business or purchase a vehicle from Moore Buick dealership. My car stayed at the dealership for eight days and they did not offer me a vehicle to drive. The people that represent this dealership is unacceptable.

My fiancé and I CAN NOT say enough good things about Moore Buick. Anywhere from finance questions to maintenance on my vehicle. We have never had any sort of unpleasant experiences during our visits here. We always leave incredibly happy and satisfied. Thank you so much to Robin and Paul especially!!

Hands down the best dealership experience in my 15+ years of buying cars. Sales Consultant Juan Espinoza and Michael Diaz, Finance Manager Paul Henry and Sales Manager Dave delivered an experience that I can only equate to unmatched “Customer Obsession.” It didn’t surprise me to learn that the average tenure at this dealership across sales and service is over the 20 year mark - these are professionals who treat their customers the right way, and deliver exceptional service above their competition. Visiting car dealerships was always something I used to dread due to slimy and immoral sales tactics. The only thing you need to worry about at Moore Buick GMC is which vehicle you want to drive home in - they will take care of the rest, and they will take care of you. Thank you!

Being I used vehicle; I hoped the detailing and fluids would have been much better... BUT!!!!!!!!!! The truck is awesome and the dealership bent over backwards helping me with an add on they did NOT have to do. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends. I will never be a Chevy person EVER, but as far as GMC (in my mind it is not a Chevy hahahaha) I have had a huge change of heart. Being a Ford and Jeep person all my life, I have been converted and biggest reason is the employees at Moore Buick GMC.

Get experience actually buying my truck. But the the after my breaks started squealing super bad. Cool took it up there and they “fix it”, they’re still squealing pretty bad. I took it up Monday for the breaks, it was driving great, after leaving my truck is now idling super rough when stopped and keeps trying to shut off if I’m not going. I’ve had this truck for 3 weeks I definitely wouldn’t think 3 weeks and 700 more miles my vehicle would be messing up. Just needed a safe truck my my family and now I’m having issues already.

If you want a personal car buying experience then you need to go with Moore! Fred Franklin and Ted Azam have been so accommodating with our last vehicle purchase, and we always purchase from Moore! The thing I love most about this dealership ( and we have been doing business with them for over 10 years) is the fact that the personal experience doesn't just stop with the purchase of a vehicle… it trickles down to Paul in financing, John Gibson and Jen in parts and service and the list goes on and on! You will not regret going with Moore Buick, these are good local people that care! They know you by name and treat you fair, the way it should be. When going to buy a car cash from Carmax and they wouldn't help get the car 16 Miles to my hone I went to Moore GMC talked to Matt and Terry made purchase of 2020 KIA Forte within an hour plus they delivered car to me! Great experience! Would have gotten a 5 Star but i only got 1 key which now have to get another one. Should have asked 1st.

I took my truck in at 7am and initially I was told it would only take an hour to an hour and a half. Several hours later I decided to take the initiative and call for an update and I was told it was ready. It would have been more convenient to know they would actually have my vehicle for more than half the day and not an hour to an hour and a half like I was told. If they knew it was going to be longer than expected a phone call to update me would have been nice.

When I pulled in Derick immediately came over and greeted me. I was checked in, and vehicle was serviced very quickly. Everyone was polite and courteous to all of us in the waiting area always saying good morning and asked if we needed anything. Overall a Great Experience!
