I truly dislike having to post this but I feel so defrauded. I purchased a used Washer & Dryer Set for $520 from Michael on October 8th. I immediately started a load and the washer had an error code. I contacted Michael and he promised me he would come out the following day to fix it. A few days later he told me he is waiting for the part for the washer. I was very patient towards the entire situation until he started to ignore my messages completely ! Not only did I gave him my older well functional washer & dryer set - I also paid for completely defect Appliances ! His ratings were pretty good and he was very friendly and I received a receipt with a 90 day warranty and he promised me a refund ! So yes beware ! I'll probably never see my money again.

Like most of the other reviews, Michael was responsive and very polite when negotiating a purchase. Bought a beautiful SS refrigerator but, shortly after hooking it up, noticed a large amount of condensation accumulating from a bad seal. Michael said he would make it right and to call him back in a few days. Doesn't answer phone calls, FB messages or texts. Thankfully I can resolve myself but his '90 warranty' isn't worth the paper its written on

Bought an upright freezer, after 72 days it stopped working. Doesn't read messages, doesn't answer the phone. On the 3rd day went by the store, lights on but no one there, and a Duke Energy notice on the door.

Only lasted 2 days, promised repairs and then stopped answering completely! He still has my dryer, isn’t answering calls or answering messages.
