Best realtor out there! A lot of realtors treat you like a customer but Michael treats you like an actual human being which is so personable and rare nowadays. He doesn't sell homes for profit, he sells them for you and your family. Will always recommend him!

YOU NEED MICHAEL! And let me tell you why! I had such horrible experiences with other realtors. From some trying to push me into places that were so far from my wish list just to make a sale, to others who were too lazy to really listen to my individual needs, wants, desires. Michael from the first moment we spoke on the phone gave me his 100% undivided attention. I have unique reasons why I wanted what I did, and he didn't miss a single detail. He was so fast and prompt to get to places I was interested in, that he truly made me feel so special, as if I were his VIP client, despite having a tight budget. He helped me find my dream home, and now that it's mine, I have to write and say a HUGE Thank You to Michael for making everything happen! We worked with Michael Medina to sell our home in Havelock, NC last fall and he was outstanding. I had already relocated to the west coast a few years ago and was renting out this property for a few years and needed someone I could trust to handle this process since I couldn't be there in person. I knew Michael from when we served together in the Marines. He will always give you the best advice/direction on contractors and services for the home to get your house sold quick and efficiently. Communication was always on point and very clear with what needed to happen next in the process. Overall Michael was the best person to help me through this process of selling my home. What an experience! We were taken care of from day one. Listened to our needs and wants and really strived to get it all for us. Our move was across country which can be challenging to deal with and Michael and the team walked us through every step of the way. Not only did we get the house we wanted but also in the location we were hoping for. Questions were answered and they worked for us regardless of the time. Mike is an excellent agent! He helped us from start to finish with the sale of our home. He went above and beyond to assist with every detail. Especially given our situation (moving out of state before closing) he was an amazing asset through the entire process. He has experience with military life and all the challenges it brings. 10/10 would recommend.

First time home buyer because of a PCS, after posting on FB, Michael reached out to me and the rest was a breeze. We discussed specifications of the house (bathrooms, bedrooms, yard type, neighbourhood type, location, etc.) And within a few hours he had a list of houses that all matched my criteria. When I expressed interest in one, he was able to instantly set it up and we were able to put in an offer! Throughout the entire process he was helpful, communicative, and always responded, even if it was 10pm on a Saturday.Even right up to closing, when we did the final walkthrough, I was less than thrilled with the condition of the house as it was evident the previous homeowners neglected to clean up after themselves before they left. Michael reassured me that he would speak with the listing agent and within an hour, he had set up a cleaner to come and clean the house for me.I cannot recommend him enough, Michael was able to take this experience and make it so simple, a Marine could do it.Thanks brotha, much appreciation, best wishes for success.
