I highly recommend Mattress Firm in Jacksonville if you are in the market for a new mattress. The showroom is sparking clean, displaying the newest designs and technology in mattress design. But the best part of the experience is the sales staff. We worked with Cody, soft-spoken, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He listened to my requests and directed me through a process that led to a decision. When our finances were a bit off, Cody also worked to find discounts that helped with our purchase. We didn't even look anywhere else , there was no need!

My ten year old outgrew her bunk bed so we went in to get her a big girl bed. Of course she wanted to test them out. Chris was very accommodating and patient. Store was clean. When she realized she wasn’t getting the high priced mattress she wanted with all the bells and whistles he threw in a really nice pillow that she picked out. We purchased a Serta queen size mattress perfect for a ten year old. The entire process went smoothly and the price was right. I highly recommend !!! Thank you Chris !

We were greeted at the front door by Steve, he was nice and courteous, listened to what we were interested in ( our price range ) then began showing us and telling us about the mattresses that we might like .Steve was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses , let us take our time , then when we chose one, he helped us get the best deal . We had shopped around prior and looked on line but chose Mattress Firm because of their price and great products! Thanks !

One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had!
Caleb did so great at guiding us through their selection and helped us to find the perfect mattress for our budget. All the while he had us laughing and didn't mind taking extra time so that we could be sure we were getting the one we liked best. Great guy, great experience!

My husband and I recently had one of the best shopping experiences we’ve ever had, thanks to Caleb. We were looking for a mattress, and Caleb went above and beyond to help us find one that we were truly happy with. He was incredibly honest and informative, answering all of our questions and letting us make our decision at our own pace.
Even though we were considering a very expensive mattress alongside some clearance options, Caleb never tried to sway us towards a bigger sale. Instead, he focused solely on what was best for us. This level of genuine, customer-focused service is so rare, and it's something that really stood out to me. I am beyond happy with the experience at this store, and I will definitely be seeking out Caleb for any future purchases, no matter where I am in the United States.
