We feel in love with Chris instantly!!! From being greeted by his sweet dog followed by his big smile and how they both welcomed us like family we were immediately in love with both Chris and Jessie"his dog" ❤️?. What truly set him apart was his genuine concern for my fiancee's lower back issues and he focused on keeping her comfortable and me happy with the price!!! We talked like old friends the entire time in between the laughter ?. We can't wait for our new bed to arrive this week and because of his amazing salesmanship we are purchasing our kids new beds from him as well

Went in without knowing what bed I wanted Caleb ended up helping me out super helpful and ended up helping my family and I decide what bed was suited for us and bed frame super helpful took all the stress out of mattress shopping.

Caleb was fantastic to work with! From the start he listened to my needs and wants and helped find me the perfect match. Being an online the phone/online customer, I had done my homework, but needed help navigating the website and selecting the exact model number. Caleb was patient and particular with superb customer service!

We purchased a mattress with them and received the free adjustable base. After not even a month the base completely stopped working. The sales guy at the Mattress Firm store was great no issues there, he even helped us out whenever I called to get a replacement to be able to get a new base quicker. But, where I had the issue was whenever the two gentlemen that came to install the new base the second time. I was told by the call from the company that they would be there between 12:45-2:45 pm, I had an appointment I had to be at that morning but I had plenty of time since it was supposed to be later that they came. I then get a call at 11am that they’re 45 minutes away from my house and I was atleast 30 minutes away from my house. I hurried home and they beat me there and they had to wait because they were in fact not 45 minutes away. They come in and move the mattress out of the way and start to move the old base and the one gentleman was trying to sit it on it’s side to unscrew the legs off and he wasn’t paying attention and knocked down a breakable item I had hanging above our bed. It falls off the wall and shatters into a bunch of pieces and his response was “oh, whoops”. I calmly just said “accidents happen”, because it was already broke by then couldn’t do anything about it then. So, after they leave I have to clean up lots of little pieces of this item that they broke as well as trash that was left by them. They did not leave their names but, did leave a piece of paper wanting us to fill out a survey which I thought was funny considering this interaction could have gone better.

Caleb was incredibly knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses and their features. He took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences, and made helpful suggestions based on my input. He was patient and never pressured me to make a hasty decision.

The guy who helped me was very professional and patient. I had my 2 year old running around like a maniac and he remained cool during the whole process. Very knowledgeable in what was available and ended up getting me what I wanted for a great deal. I paid $400 for a $1400 mattress! Overall great experience. I had just been at mattress warehouse before stopping here and definitely noticed a difference in the way they handled their customers.
