moved to Allstate about 2 years ago very satisfied with the service from this agency Very helpful in handling a claim and in securing additional information. Dealt mainly with Britteny who is easy to deal with Mark also stepped in to help with a billing issue Would recommend them for your insurance needs

I have recently gone with Mark Bailey, Allstate insurance. At this time l am satisfied with the service and I give the staff in Jacksonville a 100 %. I have been so involved with my brothers illiness I apologize for not sending this sooner
