From the moment I walked up to the door until I drove away I felt appreciated. Every staff member I saw spoke, even if just a morning greeeting. Those I dealt with each remembered and used my name. This may seem a small thing but at least to me it shows they took the time to acknowledge me. When I purchased my Trax I was congratulated again by every member. Several, sadly I didn't get their names, stopped and chatted with me the few times I had to wait. Which wasn't many or for long. I walked in at 0900 and was out the door by 1230. Probably would have been less time but dear Marcus took time to sit and talk with me when I shared I'd recently lost 2 of my brothers. That doesn't just speak volumes to Marcus' character but how Marine Chevy expects their staff to treat their customers.
Larry was knowledgeable, friendly and made everything easy and clear to understand. He didn't mind I took my test drive to my son's office for him to come out and see the vechile. He also filled the vechile's gas tank and showed me how to do so myself. Larry answered my many questions regarding the Trax's features and where headlamps and wipers were located and how they worked.
Gilbert was kind and worked with me to get the vechile I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. He understood and respected my price limit. He too was compassionate regarding my recent losses and my teary eyes.
Marcus is such a kind man. He went out of his way to make sure I fully understood all the paperwork. He never tried to sell me anything he didn't think I needed or pressured me into any extra protection plans. My son was unable to accompany me to the dealership and Marcus took time to speak to him on the phone explaining extra protection plans he was offering me.
I was very leery of going alone as this is my first new car I've purchased on my own. I never felt that dreaded car dealership pressure to buy that you find at 99% of dealerships.
I appreciate Larry, Gilbert, Marcus and the rest of the staff members I encountered. I highly recommend Marine Chevy to anyone looking for a vechile. If I am ever in need of another new vechile I will head straight to Marine Chevy, and this is coming from a Detroit raised Ford family member.

The dealership was helping me with an issue at another dealer they own. From the top down they excelled. Starting with Michael Hoopes. We discussed the issue and said he would fix it. It took a little time but he found me another truck that will meet my needs for some time. Along with Mr Hoopes, Kevin, Ogi and last but not least would be your man of Marcus Clausen. The whole team was fantastic and yes I will probably go there again.
Never been to a dealership that would listen to you and actually Show me a truck that I wanted. Great dealership.

Everyone was professional, polite and helpful. Service Advisor Drew was very helpful, made sure to explain what was wrong with my car and that it was taken care of and safe for me to make it home (900 miles away).

Great car selling and buying experience. They were super helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and helped as much as they could with getting to a payment I could afford. They stayed open way after their normal business hours to get the process done and remained cheerful throughout. Definitely recommend them for your next car buying experience.
