The person who checked me in was great, and very nice. However, the room was absolutely disgusting. The bed sheets had stains and the pillows looked like they had makeup on them. There were also crumbs all over the desk and dried liquid down the side of the nightstand from where someone spilled. The bed and couch were so gross, and I came in so late and was so exhausted that I literally slept in the desk chair.

My first time and I was impressed! Miss Brooklyn at the front desk made everything so easy and was very nice. I needed a late check out and Miss Star accommodated me! Shower was nice and hot and the bed was very comfy :) Definitely will be back!

First room, the heater/air unit did not work, the door was cracked all the way down. Got moved to a second room. TV had a line all the way down it. No Room Service on the weekends as we were told, we had to go down and get our own towels. The night shift lady was extremely nice, on Monday the Room Service crew was working, but very rude, would not move the cleaning cart or the trash cans she had out of our way, even when we asked her. So we ended up moving it out of our own way so we could get through the hallway.

Room was clean and staff were friendly. Had several issues with other guests smoking weed in the halls and directly outside my room and directly in front of my air conditioner. Wi-Fi is barely useable and is almost as bad as having none at all.

I always stay with Rick and his team, for work and business trips, and I always enjoy the comfortability, service, and cleanliness of the property. Highly recommend this property, and the property is well kept.

The comode in the bathroom is extremely to low. There should be a handicap bar to assist you. If you have a bad knee, back, leg or anything you are in for an excruciating time.Walkability: You can walk to restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.Food & drinks: Food was good, staff was friendly, knowledgeable, was awesome.

This was the nastiest room I have ever stayed in. Service was not good. Had to go retrieve towels when we needed them, none was left when our were placed outside the door. No sigh to hang for clean towels, cleaning service.Also, there were stains all over the whole carpet. It smelled like pets. The AC was leaking all over the floor. We stayed several days. Regardless the length of stay, carpets Should not have stains and tar-like substances in multiple places.Walkability: To Walmart, some restaurants.

Good price for the room. Was not happy was charged an extra 100dollar hold on each room. They need to tell customers upfront they are holding 100 of your money on each room. That might have been all my spending money for the weekend. No breakfast or

Great Place to stay. CLEAN ROOMS, Convenient Location. Plusssssss This is an Efficiency that Actually comes with all the Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Silverware you need. The Staffs Very Nice and Accommodating. I stay here every time I'm in the Area Working.

Definitely was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. ? But the manager on duty Sarah was extremely apologetic. Was refunded my stay which I am very very appreciated. Cleaning staff needs to do better. I get pests are all around us but within minutes of being in a room you find a dead cockroach on your bed and multiple in the bathroom and on the bedroom floor.
