We LOVE MacDonald realty group!!! Everyone we interacted with was efficient and friendly. Our realtor was Erica and she was an AMAZING problem solver for us. Anything we faced she had options. We moved into our new home in 1 month. Our PCS move was easy because she was fimikiar with the military already. I cant imagine going to anyone else next time we buy or sell!

We were connected with Macdonalds Realty thru Veterans United. Working with Rika Freburg was an amazing experience. A true blessing for our family. From day one, she broke down the process, began finding and recommending homes based on our needs. She is a very knowledgable realtor who knows the area well. Rika is a true professional. Dedicated to her work and will not disappoint you. If there was a Realtor of the Year award, it will definetly go to Rika. Highly recommend.

Cassie was incredible to work with. We moved from another state and she made sure we were updated on the progress of our build all the way. I will be recommending her to family and friends when they decide to move here as well.

When looking for a realtor you want someone who is reliable and will go to bat for you….. and Y’ALL! When I say Meghan goes above and beyond, that would be an understatement. I sold my home and bought our new home back to back this past month. Stressful to say the least, right? But Meghan was amazing to work with! She answered my every call and question (and lord knows it was MANY TIMES as I tend to be a worrier lol).She’s extremely professional and also extremely relatable. Meghan knows what she’s doing and she plays the game to win. She eased all my worries and stresses and handled both closings so elegantly. Lord knows I needed her and she did not fail! I’m so blessed we got to work with her and I hope we get to work with her more in the future.If you’re in the market to buy or sell, heck maybe doing both at the same time, Meghan is the one for you!

Rika helped my husband and I buy our first home and I have so many good things to say about her that the character count will probably stop me. She is so kind and knowledgeable, and she always made sure to keep us in the loop with updates. This process could not have gone any smoother because of her and while I’m excited to be a homeowner, I’m sad I won’t be able to work anymore with her!

I just closed on a house with Macdonald Realty. I found the experience to be excellent. Meghan was my realtor, she was super helpful, timely with answers to questions and was quick to address any concerns. In fact, all the team members I encountered in my experience with Macdonald realty were professional, timely, and friendly. I strongly recommend this establishment for any real estate transactions.

If you EVER need help with your home Erika and the MacDonald realty group are the only people I would recommend. My husband and I were about to cut our losses on buying a house when Erika was recommended to me by a friend and she did not disappoint. She went above and beyond for us and our needs/wants. Most realtors would of not tried as hard as she did and we are SO grateful and blessed to have had her on our team. They also made us feel very welcomed and gave us a gift basket upon closing day. We will definitely be using them again in the future!!

We were connected with MacDonald Realty Group the first week of January 2023. We worked directly with Rika, one of the awesome realtors in MacDonald Realty Group. Rika is a phenomenal realtor and you should absolutely be stoked to work with her.. My husband and I, both being military, were not the most time flexible people. I was leaving for a two month detachment the second week of January, and my husband is currently stationed five hours away. We tasked Rika with finding us properties halfway between the two MCAS’s and setting up tours before I was due to leave for the exercise. She excelled in communicating with the different sellers and set up touring times over a very short timeline. I was able to tour a few different properties with her (after normal working hours, I might add), and my husband and I decided on the one on which we wanted to make an offer. She took the reins at communicating with the sellers and made the entire process remarkably simple for us- especially because, at this point, neither of us were in the state. She’s the type of person who goes above and beyond for her clients, and does so with the best attitude. We are so happy with our new home and are so grateful to Rika and MacDonald Realty for getting it done.

LOVE this company. Very professional. Melanie recommended a Realtor on her team who specialized with the area we desired. First Erica met with us to give us information, break down the process, and ask us what we are looking for in an home. She helped with the application process and worked with our lender. Erica made recommendations based on our wants and needs. She set up each appointment. Was flexible with our busy schedule. Was on time to every appointment. When we worked with Laurie she was very professional and patient. She was on top of everything and we felt very supported. Great experience!

Melanie was a great Realtor. We worked with her on our first home purchase, and it went flawlessly and was relatively stress free! I was in Japan, my spouse was in California, and we purchased the house in North Carolina.Fast forward to selling our house, we worked with Melanie again.Melanie has great knowledge of the area and the local market. When listing our house, she gave us a suggested list price, however we asked if potentially higher would be fine. She agreed, and we had several showings scheduled the first weekend, accepted a great offer that Sunday, and closed in a timely manner.I highly recommend Melanie as your realtor, she’s responsive, attentive, and a great asset when buying or selling a home.
