6/3/24 @0730. I went to the self checkout because there wasn't anyone at the checkout counter. I do not use the self checkout, and have no idea how to do it, so I politely asked the employee standing there on her phone for help. She was a short, white, gray haired lady.
She immediately became irritated that I interrupted her scrolling, grabbed my items out of my hands, scanned them for me all the while chuckling and saying very snotty, "see?" "See" every time she scanned something. Then grab my credit card out of my hand and scanned that for me and did again, "see, it's that easy" in a very condescending tone. Meanwhile there were other customers in the self checkout looking at us, which was extremely embarrassing because she was talking to me like I was a 6-year-old. I have never had anyone become so irate, and so rude so quickly by being asked for help at their job. I will avoid this Lowe's home improvement at any cost from here on out. This isn't even the only experience I've had at this location with rude employees. If you hate your job get a different one. Don't take it out on the customer's asking for help.

Easy to find what we needed. Things were neat and well organized. The cashier was cheerful and friendly. Very good experience. I will definitely shop there again.

Make sure you don't get rid of your old appliances before replacing them with new ones. I bought a brand new washer and dryer and they have rescheduled the delivery four times and can't even give me a realistic time on to win to expect the delivery. We've had to take off of work to accept the delivery every time and then have it canceled short notice with the logistics department clueless onto why they can't get one of the 250 appliances they have in stock off the warehouse floor onto a truck and then again off the truck for the delivery.

Just wanted to show some appreciation to a sales associate named Justin. I went in on 5/7/2024 to buy a cordless impact driver and he informed me of a promotion that I was unaware of. He also helped me throughout the checkout process to make sure everything rang up right. Good dude, very professional.

I am beyond frustrated with this store due to the fact that we purchased SmartCore flooring for our home Nov 2021 and the flooring has chipped in several places. It is embarrassing when you have a new home and new floors and they’re cracking when being walked on… I specifically tried several times to get help from Lowe’s and was given the Smartcore 800 number to rectify myself and when I did they turned me away too saying I had to go through Lowe’s! It has been about a year battle with both of them!!! The flooring company which is now owned by Shaw of course has every excuse to not warranty a lifetime warranty on the flooring which is 2 years old. It is despicable how this is handled. There is absolutely no reason the floor should be cracking when you walk on it. Quite literally breaking in pieces. Ridiculous!!! It is definitely an issue with the floor!! Sadly we chose this floor because we considered it to be the best and it’s pure garbage!!! Do not buy smartcore products!!! They will make any excuse to not own up to their products and Lowe’s right along with them!
