This was my first time here and thankfully I just needed a tire patch. The owner greeted me and asked what I was in need of. He offered to do it complimentary for this being my first visit here. He is a privately owned shop and all of his staff have been very helpful ? I will be using this shop again in the future. They do inspections here as well. Very quick! Come early ?

If you are not taking advantage of the service at Liberty Tire, you are throwing money away. You cannot beat the service, price, and genuine concern they have for your issues. I have been going there for over a decade and have never walked away dissatisfied. I know when I bring in my vehicle, I get expert and knowledgeable information and service. They do not settle for less than 100% customer satisfaction. If you have an issue with how they conduct business, I am without a doubt certain that you were the problem. You cannot find another place in this town that has contestant and impeccable customer service like Liberty Tire.

I have had the pleasure of having this business in the Neighborhood for years.
Liberty tire always provides me with Service support, For this I thank them all.
After providing me with a courtesy air check on a low air tire I simply Telephoned in expressing a Need to follow-up on that same tire, they Agreed to see me immediately. The tire had 2 Issues and repairs were made.
They are always Professional, Expedient,
& Services are competitively priced.
Highly recommend Liberty Tire located on Gumbranch Rd. .

great people! always trust this company with my car. Had to get my brakes replaced as well as an oil change and alignment, they had my car done within a couple of hours and feels so much better to drive. Thanks liberty team!

Do you believe everything happens for a reason? Well, I do and I'm so glad I got an outrageous tire quote from another dealer which lead me to call Liberty Tire. Luck would have it again and I spoke with Eddie. Within a few minutes he gave me an out the door quote that was more than half than what the other competitor quoted me. Just got my tires on today and couldn't be more pleased with the service and customer satisfaction. It is rare these days to find any company that gives you a great product and outstanding customer service. Reading over the reviews I can see why they have been around for so long and that I"m not the only one who got such great service. As with all my reviews there has to be that one song that sums up my experience and the first song that comes to mind is "Working Man." Dedicated to those hard working guys (sorry I didn't see any gals there) who get it done day after day. My favorite line from that song is, "They work all day and into the night and up with the sun. It's not about who's wrong or right as long as he gets it done." That pretty much sums up this great establishment. I got there at sun up, there was a line of 12 people and I still got out by 10 am! Thanks for everything, I will be back for sure!

Awful mechanics. 100% know I have an issue in the front end and the mechanic sees nothing wrong with it. Don't bring your car here. Pay extra go somewhere else.

I have been a customer of theirs for years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I've never questioned they offer the best service at the best prices in Onslow County. Today I was in getting the oil changed in my car. I told Philip my car hadn't wanted to crank a few times. He had the mechanic check my battery. He told me the load test was good but the way it was acting battery maybe getting bad. He could have told me battery was bad and sold me a new one, I would never have known. My daddy was a mechanic almost his entire life. He never overcharged, oversold or did unnecessary work. To compare Liberty Tires to my daddy speaks to my confidence in them and their integrity.
