I'm still waiting on a rear well replacement on my trailer it's been 3 months. There's no reason I bought something NEW paid in full, that I cannot have it replaced. Maybe I should start charging interest for every day I don't have the replacement!

Store never opens on time, rude employees with no knowledge of basic trailer parts… they make you feel as if you’re unwanted and a disturbance to them.

My wife Mary and I (Kelly) were looking for a new trailer. We looked around different places and then came to Leonard's of Jacksonville, NC They have very friendly and polite people working there. They answered my questions and helped us out . It was raining and still came out in the rain to do what was needed. They were on the ball and I highly recommend them if you're interested in purchasing a new trailer or extras for your truck. Thanks guys for all your help in our purchase. If we need anything else we will be coming back.

Bought my Leer 100XL cap in October 2023. Like anything in life, sometimes stuff isn’t perfect. Had some pretty significant window leak issues from day 1. Had to take it back 3 different times. Finally Leer agreed to made me a brand new cap. Was installed today. What I appreciate about this experience, while a little time consuming, was the professionalism and helpfulness of the guys at Leonard, Chad and Eric to be specific. They couldn’t have been more helpful and tried to do everything they could to fix my leak issues. Not everywhere these days that you can find people that care, and these guys care about their customers. Thanks to them, and to Leer for making my issue right.

I have done a lot of business here from buying a trailer, truck cap, bumpers and air bags. Highly recommend this location, the staff are really knowledgeable and great to work with. If you are looking for no stress in your truck / trailer needs these are definitely the guys to go to. Will continue doing business here personally and with my company.

They went above and beyond to perform maintenance on both of our DZ dump trailers. The crew and I couldnt figure out the problem. These pros knocked it out of the park! Much appreciation to the staff, and thanks for the help! Will definitely be coming here for future trailer needs.
