Living in a rural area requires me to travel at least 1 hour to the nearest LB. I have been fully disappointed with unhelpful staff in many stores including Raleigh/Durham. An employee in this store made it worth every minute & mile of my trouble so much that I went again 2 days later! Clean, organized store with exceptional, helpful salespeople made my most frustrating activity (trying on clothes) an absolute pleasure.

Extremely poor customer service. We were in there shipping for at least 15 minutes without so much as a hello while we searched. Their collection unfortunately lacks a diversity of sizes and we walked away disappointed. It was funny as we walked out I held the door for my wife and a woman walking in was immediately greeted by the staff.
