When a guy that busy can look at my damaged bike and tell me what I need to do to get to his guys and get it fixed same day reply, you can't complain!!

Just bought my third bike from them - finally got my “Kane” built bike - couldn’t be happier. Kathy and Jack are just the most awesome people. Doesn’t matter your biking level they take the time to listen and don’t try to over sell you on equipment or products you don’t need.
