Nancy and her team are fantastic. Fast, efficient and personalized service every year. Well worth the few extra dollars for their help. I leave feeling confident that no rock has been left unturned.
Last year when the IRS came hounding me, Nancy was right on it and I didn't have to worry about anything.

First, they suck. I had an appointment today and I got there 20mins before to check in and fill out paperwork, three walk ins got seen before me. Secondly, and most importantly, they say "biggest refund" not true. I should have done them on turbo tax and I wouldnt of had to pay $400 to get them done on top of getting 200 less then what turbo tax said I would get. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Would not recommend at all. Went 2 separate times and they couldn’t answer any of my tax questions and continued to say “that’s confidential”(when it was about my own taxes). Then they explain that it will take a few days for someone to even look to do my taxes but want to charge $560. THATS RIDICULOUS. TurboTax all the way in my opinion because at least they will do your taxes in front of you on the SAME DAY and TurboTax actually will answer any of your tax questions. Will never step foot in H&R Block again. List can go on to unprofessional and so on. Too many red flags here
