“First time in the Jacksonville NC store. I was pleasantly surprised to find they carried an additional inventory. Mostly larger and oversized equipment, like ladders, high-rise walkways ECT. As always their family (employees) pay attention to your questions which saves time and money. I needed a 4 by 8 by 1 1/2 inches thick cut from 90 inches to 60 inches which took them 3 minutes. Thank you.”
“Awesome place. They have helped me design 2 kitchens and I love their cabinets. The unfinished oak cabinets have plywood boxes, best quality without going into debt. If you have basic skills you can save a bunch.”
“Nice Home Depot, usually well stocked and staffed during weekdays. Only con is the parking lot, it's just too small for the store and it's neighbors. On a busy weekend day it might make sense to go slightly further to another HD.”
“The purchase of my new carpet at the Jacksonville Home Depot went quick. They still have a good selection of carpet (Lowe's Home Improvement has about discontinued the carpet business), still has good price selection and free installation. However, the sales person there took down my phone number with ONE digit off! I noticed it two hours later and called it in to the flooring department right away. I asked her whether the measuring tech scheduled for the following Monday would have the correct phone number - sure she said .... Unfortunately he didn't. He was delayed about an hour. He had called the wrong number and had to check back with Home Depot. The measuring tech knew his job, great with the laser tool and the program used to develop the room sketch. I was able to download the sketch later - for future purposes - GREAT. The installation crew from the subcontractor (USIG from Wilmington, NC) also did a great job. They arrived on time, were responsive to special details of my room, worked hard and fast. Altogether a good experience with Home Depot and subcontractors.”

“I went in for dog food and it wasn’t on the shelf. DJ asked me what I was looking for and I told him he scanned the label and there was some in the back. DJ took his time and went and got it for me and he was super nice and friendly and chatted with me and was very helpful. When I went to check out Terry was super sweet and kind and joked with us and sent us off with a smile. I appreciate good customer service and so we will definitely be making the trip back to this tractor supply before we go to Richlands tractor supply because there the employees aren’t as kind as DJ and Terry! Thank you for making our visit pleasant ??”
