The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the professional staff is very welcoming. They have an excellent restaurant that should be recognized as one of the best in Jacksonville, NC. If you are in town, I highly recommend stopping in and trying their food. Well done!

All I have to say is thank you thank you to the front desk personnel. I came to stay here for 2 nights in a very hard situation and I can honestly say they treated me like family. I've never had strangers care and talk to me with the events I went through. I would call them family. I've never posted anything like this. To the staff....I love you and thank you

The metal frame made a loud noise when you sat on the bed and the bottom of the tub was rusted. Nevertheless, the room was clean and the staff was pleasant.

Rooms: There was an odor in the hotel room that could be smelled from the hallway that was irritating. I bought cleaning supplies and air freshener to try to remedy it. I also had housekeeping spray the room, and it didn't help.
Food and drinks: The restaurant was great for lunch and dinner but not for breakfast

We had Nevil as our server and he was beyond great as far as customer service and attitude. He made sure we were comfortable, informed us on the menu, and made us laugh. Definitely a great server highly recommend in the restaurant aspect, will be coming back!

Driving into this location is sketchy. After cresting the hill, you go into more of a business area that looks safer. The staff was great! They were very helpful at recommending restaurants in the area when we asked for suggestions. They actually have a list already printed out in the lobby. Speaking of the lobby, it is sleek and updated. It looks great! The bedrooms however are still dated. We were just staying here one night, so I didn't really care. They have updated the kitchenette area and bathroom. The bedroom still had a big jacuzzi tub from probably early 2000's. The rooms weren't exceptionally clean, but ok. Some of the washcloths were stained (but clean) and needed to be tossed. It seemed that everything was out of order though. Every ice machine except for the very top floor wasn't working. The pool was closed as well. Elevators are extremely slow. I would stay here again in a pinch but not just to vacation.

Stayed here twice. Once in January and there was no hot water in my room. Ice cold shower was not fun. Stayed again in May and it was a better experience. At least the water was hot. Would be nice if they updated the outlets or lights to have USB charging ports.

Lime and Lemon is a great affordable place to eat. The atmosphere is upscale, and the menu offers vegetarian and vegan foods.

I haven't personally stayed here, only have eaten at the restaurant. However, the front desk personnel are always nice, and the facility is always very clean.

Very clean and quiet room. We escaped there to avoid 4th of July's fireworks with our yorkie. We all slept great and heard no noise.

The FALSE/BROKEN fire alarm woke me up twice, and apparently this issue has been going on for multiple days. The sound is so deafening my ears are still ringing. What is also bad is that the staff at the hotel did not say a word. No sorry or anything, like they’ve just gotten used to this issue and just blow it off anymore. Plus an elevator is broken, the gym isn’t good, and the breakfast isn’t good (plus some of the food is cold). Don’t spend your money here.
