Despite previous good experiences, and very much enjoying having a place with a drive through (thus the 3 stars) , today was the line for me. I understand having to have a valid ID; and I did! Unexpired. But for some reason this is the only place who's scanner won't read it. I don't plan on spending $35 to replace a valid ID till atleast closer to its expiration but that continued to get brought up.I got to the point of having handed my ID over, then my card, but was having a hard time hearing and processing what he was saying (asking for another ID perhaps-) but why would I hand an old (again still valid) ID over if I had a new one? I said that was my only ID, the other is my boyfriends and was having a hard time catching what said again and was only met with rudeness about the situation. No cars behind me, no reason to be rude or rushy, but instead I left and had to get myself together to go into circle K. My ID scanned fine TWICE there (forgot something) and I doubt I'll be coming back here, even with a fresh ID. Being treated so negatively for something up with their system, and my hearing that I cannot help is just too much when the products are cheaper at circle K anyway.

I usually never leave reviews, but I do not recommend this place unless you wanna get robbed. I bought a juul starter kit which is supposed to come with a charger like it says on the packaging. When I came back to tell them that the charger was not in the kit they told me that it’s sold separate even though it literally says it on the packaging. I ended up having to buy the charger for 10 dollars, and he was extremely rude.
