My husband and I purchased furniture from here in December of 2023. When our furniture was delivered somehow my couch had a tare in it. I called and was told that they would order me a new couch, I had to call a couple of other times to check on this couch they supposedly ordered me. I kept getting the run around saying they would call me back and they never called back, I still have the same couch. A week after we purchased the couch we bought a coffee table and two end tables, all three pieces of the tables are peeling. I have always purchased my furniture at furniture fair or boomtown and now I know why. You get what you pay for so don’t be easily fooled by their low prices. Their furniture is not quality and if something is damaged in my experience they aren’t going to do anything to fix it. I spent thousands of dollars in there to end up with a couch with a hole in it now, peeling end tables and coffee tables, and a cheap rug that won’t lay flat. Aside from the great customer service I would not recommend wasting your money in this establishment.

Staff was very helpful—they could order about any kind of furniture and they were willing to beat any price. The drawback for me was the status of the store. The open ceiling with moldy insulation hanging down, and the musty smell was enough to make me want to turn around and walk out immediately. If the staff wasn’t so helpful we wouldn’t have even given them a shot. We didn’t end up purchasing here. I honestly wouldn’t want to pay for new furniture that sat in a store in this condition.

I went to this location on the 11th of February and i ordered a 7 piece bed set they only had 6 of the pieces i needed but they assured me i would receive the last one no later then 2 weeks after that. 2 weeks ago i went in and asked about the side table i was missing and i was told that it’s been delayed yet no one prior to that date told me anything when they assured me they would call me if anything was delayed or anything came in. this morning i went into high point furniture and asked where it was. They told me it had been there for almost 2 weeks. no one reached out no one bothered to say anything about MY furniture being there i payed over $3000 cash to get this set and i was treated like a walking wallet. no respect from my sales person eddie. To add to it i had another young man helping me today a very friendly guy who was nothing but nice to me i saw eddie walk past and attempted to say good morning to him and was met only with a disgusted face. I will never return to this location for 1 reason that many people in my area share EDDIE!

I bought my couch there on 2-25-23 and they beat the price of another furniture store. They delivered the couch and took away my old furniture for a very good price. Dammion Martin was my salesperson and he was kind and professional.

Wonderful experience at High Point Furniture picking out the color and type of sectional we wanted. Delivery guys were so kind and efficient. Moved out our old sofa set into the garage for us before bringing in the new stuff.

Not sure how the other sales reps are but I would never do business with them because of Eddie. Took about 3 months just to get my furniture after the scheduled delivery date. On top of that they brought me the wrong color for my sofa. Eddie was very difficult to get a hold of and he wasn’t helpful at all with the situation. After waiting for so long there was wrong parts to my bed frame and the mirror was damaged.I will say the delivery drivers where absolute sweet hearts.

Place is a joke. Eddie is a scam. He over charged me for a Mattress set, has been very rude through the entire process. Refuses to rectify the situation. I told Ricky to have a manager call me and that has yet to happen. Instead someone from the company showed up at my work today because I haven’t made a payment. How about rectify the situation. Not one person has called me since the issue has started and not one person has called me back. You all have my cell phone number. Call it. Do not buy here!!! I have no issues in paying the bill but will not until this is rectified. Contacting The BBB as wellUpdate. Called the store today again. Assistant manager refused to allow me to speak to the owner. Asked for him to give me a call. He then told me I did not need to speak t with him that I just needed to pay the bill. I am not paying for items I don’t have. Period. I have contacted the KBB and also the NC Consumer Protection Division for showing up at my work which is illegal.

We told them that we were browsing (LOOKING to buy another sofa). We were pestered so badly and followed around like we were going to run off with something☹️, not to mention it is so cramped & furniture just crammed in there. We will never be back!
