I literally was talking to one of the floor reps and within mid conversation they suddenly ignored me and walked about to look at shoes without an explanation and when I tried to get help they looked at me like I was crazy.So I tried to find someone else to help me out and the other employee was trying to hide from me, I tried to ask a question but they were also very short with me and disappeared to the back and didn't come out for the rest of the time I was in the store (I had been wandering for about 30 minutes trying to find the right shoe) Needless to say I don't think it was on purpose but I have never had this kind of interaction in a store before.I wasn't rude to the staff or aggressive in any way, so I was very taken back by my experience. I don't think I'll ever be going back to this store.
