Friendly, knowledgeable staff, great selection, and competitive prices. Their lounge is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a smoke. It's so nice to be able to try a new cigar without having to purchase an entire box.

This establishment is one of the finest cigar store and lounge in NC. It is extremely clean, well ventilated, and offers a good selection of cigars at a decent price. The staff of the establishment have superb customer service. The lounge area is well ventilated and comfortable. There is a television at the end of the room where folks can enjoy entertainment and their cigars. If you're looking for good company or simply good cigars this is the spot!

Best selection i have seen in a while. The person working was helpful but didn't stand behind you breathing down your neck like some shops do. I will definitely be back. 5 stars.I'm sorry I thought the person who assisted me today was the owner. Anyway, this is a great business and I will be back.

Had an issue with item I ordered going out of stock right before I ordered it. Godfather Cigars was very communicative in this and told me I could have a refund or that it should be in in the next week. I waited the week and am glad I did. They rush delivered the box to me and I received it a day and a half later from NC all the way to WA state. Thank you so much I will be doing business with you in the future

Phenomenal customer service experience! I purchased cigars from their website but then they called and said they didn’t have them so they refunded the money and said they would call if they got them. Nearly two months later they called me and said the cigars will be here in a couple days we wanted to give you the first opportunity and I bought them. Never did I think they would actually call me. So impressed.
