If 0 stars were an option, I would give them that. The only things you should store at this place are items you wouldn't mind losing. My unit got broken into while I was deployed overseas. Apparently, there are no cameras on the outside units; they didn't even realize my unit had been broken into until I mentioned my lock missing from the gate. They're a cheap option for a reason. If you value your property, go somewhere else.

This whole place needs a make over. It would be nice to be able to open our storage without a hammer.. or find dead mice and dead roaches right out of our unit.. at least sweep them up and make presentable.

Since being displaced from Hurricane Florence we've had our belongings stored. Friendly staff. Always smiling. Great conversation everything we meet. Safe and secure storage.

No room for multiple units to load it unload next to each other. We got blocked in by two U-Haul's.
