When I first moved to Jacksonville, I needed furniture so I went to Furniture Fair on Bell Fork Rd.I met John Milligan, salesman extraordinaire! John has helped me on several occasions and if I want something, all I have to do is give him a call.Their customer service is top notch because when I had an issue with a sectional that I had purchased, they replaced the half of the sectional that could not be repaired. This transaction was hassle free as I didn’t have to go off on anyone to obtain the remedy!!If you are new to the area or not, I wholeheartedly recommend Furniture Fair!!

John Milligan at furniture fair took a great deal of time to help my wife and I select a new mattress and adjustable base. He explained everything in detail and communicated with us throughout the entire process from selection to delivery. They also removed our old mattress for free.

I visited furniture Fair at the time when they had their clearance sale this year 2024 and spoke to young lady named Lissette. She was very good at showing me different beds within the price range that I mentioned and also compared to what I had seen online. She gave me plenty of time to lay on the beds and make up my mind. I would definitely visit furniture fair in the future.

My fiancé and I have been talking about upgrading to a King mattress. Furniture Fair offered a 60 month interest free financing and it was a no brainer for us. We went there and spoke to the salesman and he was super knowledgeable and helped us pick out the best mattress for us. It'll be delivered in a week and we couldn't be more excited

I recently got a recliner. It was exactly what I wanted. I've been there 4 times and lissete knew what I wanted. I didn't have to walk around and look. I've furnished mt entire home with furniture from furniture fair. I couldn't be happier. Lissette was friendly on a jolly mood. I will continue shopping there as long as lissette is there.

My mom purchased a couch that was on clearance. We sat on the couch, but didn't throughly inspect the couch as mom purchased the protection plan. Her salesman, John Milligan, told her that if anything was wrong with couch the protection plan covered repair of the couch, pick up and drop off. Well, that was a lie. John said he made a mistake in telling mom he store would pick up the couch. He's been working there for decades, he knows their policies. He didn't miss speak, he lied. Don't trust furniture Fair to stand behind their products and don't believe a word John Milligan says.

Worst $4000 mistake ever. The store manager sold me the worst furniture set ever, and a several hundred dollar insurance plan that is actually not even from furniture fair. In less than a month I have one couch foot rest that leans severely to one side, I have a 2 person loveseat that leans badly on both sides, a recliner with an arm that's just falling off, and every single piece of my 3 piece set was not sewn or stapled properly to keep the lumbar stuffing in, so it's all falling out and now it's just a 2x4 against my lumbar. They also sold me the floor model without letting me know. I know this because the chair has the same pulled out stitch that I noticed on the floor model. All this after spending an hour telling him about how this money was my VA disability disability settlement from getting injured in Iraq 12 years ago and that I needed something better for my lumbar, as I'm effectively homebound. I'll give him one thing.. hes a great salesman. His product is just crap and he apparently doesn't care. He even convinced me to go with this specific set because he claimed it was made in America with all hardwood. Well the broken chair arm is cheap OSB board that the screws tore right through. Now I have to figure out what to do cuz I either have to send all of my furniture away for a year to some random company and hope they fix it, or do it myself. (Update: they finally fixed one of the leg rests. They picked up the same couch 3 times and said they were fixing the other side. Every time they bring it back it's still exactly the same... Broken. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE)
