Pretty frustrated with our order after getting blindsided by the delivery costs which I found out about after they had everything inside our house. Got charged extra for that even though we brought it up in the store and they somehow forgot to mention the cost of the delivery. The rep made it sound like we should have just known and swore they never have this happen (as though everyone who buys furniture just knows that they ship it collect and don't bother to tell you the cost up front).A quick glance at their other Google reviews shows that we're not the only people this has happened to. On top of that the company doing the delivery just drops the furniture off in boxes and you have to assemble it yourself. Not sure why we even bothered paying for delivery at that point.I tried to give them multiple opportunities to make it right and just got a 'sorry' every time.Edit: No, they did not write or tell us anything about delivery costs when we placed the order. Our receipt shows no such thing. The 'ticket' that the delivery guy showed up with had this cost hand-written on there, but it was not on our receipt and it was definitely not mentioned when we placed the order. I'm sure there are many more than 6 people over 6 years who have had this issue, but most of them simply don't take the time to write a review. I'm also pretty sure it was more than $125 (again, I don't know off-hand because I have no record or receipt of it and the delivery guys needed cash). Many other furniture stores offer free delivery included and these guys just threw it out there that they 'have a delivery service' and let you assume it's included. I should have pumped the brakes and told them to just take it back, but I tried to play ball, hoping they'd make it right in the end. Still no refund.The fact that there's a trend on here of reviewers having issues with delivery should tell you something. They even have a negative review from a guy from a delivery crew. They're probably so sick of dealing with pissed off customers because the store leaves it up to them to break the news of the delivery cost.

Purchased a living room set delivered 11 days ago and have called 3 times about loveseat boss was coming out and never showed up or called I guess small claims courts is next. What a shame!!

Today was a stressful day, until we walked in and was greeted by Brittany she was truly an angel and helped us find the perfect bed for our daughter. We got a great deal, great service and met the most wonderful person. Thank you Brittany, if we need anything else in the future for our home we'll definitely be back...

We got the best deal in town for a reclining love seat.Saw other olaces in town with EXACT SAME love seat that was $100 OVER this placeAlthough we weren't planning on buting anything today, deal he offered was hard to pass up.We needed to replace ours, I think it was nearly 10 years old(?) any way.

Completely dissatisfied with this furniture store…There’s a lot to unpack here as this entire experience has been awful.I purchased a bed frame and mattress from here and paid to have it delivered.They delivered it the next day.We weren’t aware that they didn’t put it together but that’s the least of the issues.My husband set it up while I was out and didn’t realize it was not the correct bed frame.I go back the next day to let them know we didn’t get the correct bed frame. They said they would deliver the right one free of charge.Assuming they would make this a priority, I still had not received a call days later. So I went back again to get an update.I still don’t have a date of when I will be receiving it.While I was there I also wanted to discuss the mattress we received, because the one at the store that I choose was not near as firm as the one we received.The one we received is so firm that I am waking up with back pain every single day. It is absolutely awful and I am tossing and turning all night unable to sleep.Because we got the wrong bed frame the sales associate thought that we may have gotten the wrong mattress as well.She gave me her number to communicate it further when I got home to see if it was the wrong one.Before I left the store I sat on the mattress again to make sure and it was so much softer than the one we received.I go home and send her a picture of the bed and she says it is the correct one. And although she was kind, there is no initiative to rectify the issue. It’s basically a ‘tough s**** situation.I am at a loss, we spent a good amount of money to get this set and I can’t even sleep in it.They do not accept returns on mattresses but they do not tell you this prior to purchasing one.And all we wanted was the correct mattress we ordered.We have purchased a couch from here once before and had no issues but it seems as when something does come up they are unwilling to help.
