The 1-Star Reviews are accurate in my opinionStraight trash! In my opinion this bank is raw sewage with garbage employees. They smile to your face because they are paid to, so remember behind every smile is a paid employee that pretends to care but make no mistake you have no value to them. They only care about the money you give their precious bank. That’s my opinion and quite frankly a fact as far as I am concerned.They wrongfully shut down our business account years ago without our consent due to a system fault and they refused to correct the issue. They caused me significant financial loss and never fixed their issue! They screwed up. Their corporate customer service was so awful to me. They are rude, ignorant and disrespectful. They provoked me so badly they actually got me to react in anger; yet they blame me for their problem and penalized me for their screw up. Let’s not even talk about the multiple times they kept screwing up deposits that were supposed to go into my business account and instead put them in our personal and vice versa. But then their bigoted employee provokes me to react in a harsh way and then these narcissistic condescending jarkwads come at me. Well there’s an old saying. Play stupid games; win stupid prizes. There are consequences for your actions and you brought the hood in me out. You started the fight and then blame me for what y’all did.My reaction was 100% justified and an exact result of their hatred towards me. They screwed up not me. That’s my opinion and the way they made me feel. They treated me awful yet they blame me for their actions. Hellooooo. If you provoke someone to anger when they are wrongfully attacked and degraded…you think they won’t react? So years later I decide to try and go back to them and give them a second chance at my business and that fat SOB tore me a new one about what happened a few years ago and once again showed their ignorance and attitudes don’t change so screw this bank! So I do not recommend this bank to anyone.Go across the street to FirstBank. They know how to handle peoples business and personal accounts and they are genuine as far as I am concerned. I’ve had them since this situation and guess what…no problems EVER. Maybe that’s because FirstBank knows how to treat their customers. They have better employees and they are professional. Oh and they are GENUINE about caring for those that come in. So it’s FirstBank for the win!

My husband went to change a check from this bank and because he didn’t speak fluent english they were not willing to help him.

Had to walk in since the Dollar store Pepsi truck was blocking the drive through. Had a very nice young lady wait on me. I have not had bad service from anyone at this branch. The lady that used to wait on me through the drive up has left and gone to another branch but I still use this one when I am in Jacksonville. Thank you for all being so nice.

Do not use this bank I repeat do not use this bank. There is a lady at the teller that I had to ask twice not to repeat my bank information as she’s trying to input it in the system over the phone. The bank teller also was helping me as well as another customer in front of her while saying all of my information out loud. When you sign up for an account it takes over 30 days for you to receive a debit card. When you lose your debit card or any other bank card, it will take over 30 days to receive that individual card. They do not have printing on hand. You’re better off, going to like a Bank of America. Even after they called me apologizing and was willing to pay for the overnight express. It’s still be in four days and still have yet to receive my card. This bank is the absolute worst bank I’ve ever ever had to even deal with in my life.

The customer service in this bank is so bad every time. From the girl that does drive thru and the ladies in front counter. Attitude is horrible.

We were very disappointed with customer care at this bank.They lack communicating with thier patrons and thier possible future customers.The mortgage staff :Amanda Cox was inconsistant with communicating and following up promptly with our business needs.We requested for a change of the associate to no avail and therefore we are withdrawing our monies from this bank and will never use or look to use their services again.Good luck for anyone else who uses their services.

This bank has a terrible atmosphere. The older woman teller there has a horrible attitude and, to be honest, really none of them have a pleasant attitude. Could claim a "bad hair day", but they're always like that.

The teller was so rude that I wouldn't even waste my time. I would go to the other two First Citizens. I am to the point of finding a new bank on how this branch treats their customer!

Tellers are always rude. Used the drive thru a few times and every time had to wait while the women were gossiping and laughing until one would bother to come to the window. Only to be greeted with an annoyed attitude for making them do their job simply because I showed up. Horrible staff. Go to the other location on Western Blvd! It's well worth it, the staff is always super friendly and even give treats for your kids and pets!
