I had been to 10 dealerships, some an hour or 2 away, but this dealership has by far the most respectful and down to earth people that really try to help you and work with you based on what you need. They were no tricks or games that you would see at a typical dealership. Greg Weber specifically was a prior service Marine so it made sense that he could deal with my passionate views on acquiring a car that I’ve had my eyes on for a while. The whole team including the manager and finance team have been nothing but friendly and professional. 100/100, great team!

Bought a 2014 jeep wrangler in march 2023. It was in decent shape when I got it but I purchased the warranty to be safe. About a couple months later, my fan kept kicking on and my coolant was empty and it wasn't actively leaking. I took it in and they replaced my water pump. Not even a month later, my coolant was gone again and the fan came back in. They had it for multiple days and couldn't tell me what was wrong. They finally had to burp my coolant system? When I got there, there was still barely any coolant in my car and it seemed as if it wasn't even fixed. And 3 days later the issue returned. My car had was at the point where the check engine light was coming on and it was smoking. I took it to a local shop where I had to pay $1000 for them to find that the coolant line was put on improperly causing it to break, a gasket out on incorrectly, and numerous loose bolts. If they had done their job correct in the first place I would not be in this position.

My family and I have bought over 9 cars with Don Williamson Nissan over the years. I have purchased 6 cars myself from them and each car was as described and car fax came with. I have never had a problem with them. Sebastian was my salesperson and he took care of everything to make the process work. I don't like to read some of these bad reviews about a company I personally deal with that have been exceptional to me and my family. Thank you Don Williamson Nissan for taking care of the Crockett's.

It has been a week since walking out with a 2023 Nissan Kicks. No issues and DEFINITELY better off now than when I went in. Had a great experience purchasing.Kaleb helped me pick out the Kicks. I am incredibly awkward in situations that call for moderate adulting ,but it was easy to talk to him and find what I was looking for.One thing I liked about this business is that separation was very limited. Other places the dealers would leave A LOT. Nissan made my time feel valuable and respected. If I asked a question then Kaleb either had the answer or got it FAST.

Everyone at this dealership made my car buying experience very pleasant, especially my car salesman, Mr. Greg Weber! He was very nice and knowledgeable! He even checked on me after the purchase of my vehicle (that I am loving by the way)!

Finding a trustworthy dealership felt like an uphill battle after a string of disappointing encounters elsewhere. Sebastian and Jenni Mae at Don Williamson Nissan changed the game. Despite my previous hardships and vulnerabilities with other dealerships, they treated me with utmost respect and fairness. Not only did I get a great deal but they delivered my new 2024 platinum Pathfinder right to my driveway an hour and a half away! Their genuine assistance and seamless deal closure restored my faith in car buying. I do not hesitate to say that I Fully Recommend Don Williamson Nissan.

Where to begin! Greg Webber did such an amazing job making sure our experience buying a new car went as amazing and smooth as possible. He catered to every request and need and went above and beyond to make sure I walked out having everything I wanted in a vehicle. He was beyond patient, kind and professional. Very personable and reassured us the whole way. Greg will be my go to anytime I need to purchase a vehicle at Don Williamson Nissan. Also a big thank you to Rick in the finance department for being thorough and quick to respond to any of our questions.

The communication from this dealership was and still is outstanding. All the staff at the dealership were extremely friendly, especially those who were involved in the purchase of my first brand new vehicle. Those people were Jenni Mae Garavaglia, Jessica Chapman, Rick Wilson, and Katie Hall. After having a bad experience at a different Nissan dealership, they made the purchase of my first brand new truck a pleasant and memorable experience. My expectations were definitely exceeded and I am blessed to have purchased from a dealership that sole purpose isn't just to make sales but to also provide exceptional customer service and to build a relationship with me as the client. I have received such pleasant phone calls, texts, and emails to ensure that this purchase and vehicle is nothing less than truly exceptional for me. I am proud to be part of this amazing Nissan dealership!

Recently purchased a vehicle from salesman “Gunny” Greg Weber. One of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had in 30 years. Not pushy, prompt with appointments and test drives. I live in Jacksonville and normally stay away from local dealerships. Greg helped me with one of the best deals I’ve ever secured. He’s a highly recommended salesman!

I’ve been waiting to share my experience for several days to let my frustration wear off a bit. I went in to see one car and was told it was not there anymore. I was pushed toward another vehicle while my trade in was under valued. I left and was called later and the car I originally there to see was miraculously located. They sent me over a work up of the car and I came back later to see it but had my toddler with me. I had other plans that evening and told them I would be back the next morning to purchase the vehicle. There was an hour and a half left in the day before they closed and they told me they would put the keys off to the side for me. I was called the next morning by the company to see if I was still coming in and I let them know I was. When I arrived they let me know that the car I wanted had been sold the night before and they again pushed me towards the new vehicle they had tried to sell me the night before. In the end we came to an agreement but this is exactly the reason why car dealerships are given a bad reputation. It was a typical experience that I would generally try and avoid and feel like I was trying to be taken advantage of because I was a single female.

By the time I ended up at the nissan dealership, I was already tired of test driving cars. I needed to replace my current set of wheels. I have had several friends buy from this location. I had a great new guy named caleb helping me out. He showed me a few different options while explaining the differences between the different models. He was respectful and wasn't pushy at all. He was able to answer all my questions on financing and trade-in. If he didn't know, he found out fast. We ended up spending about 3.5 hrs from the start of the appointment to the time I was driving my new car off the lot. I financed through them, nissan motor acceptance Corp. Got a decent interest rate that was better than navy federal. I also felt that out of all the dealerships here in jacksonville nc this one had the most on-hand inventory. So many others have naked lots full of empty spots. If you need a new car or a new used, check out this place. Talk with he's a good young fella.
