They had exactly what I needed at a decent price. The worker was from my hometown, recognized a Firkin Fest t-shirt I had on from our local beer fest. Nice guy, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. That's how you get repeat customers. If in need, I'll go back.

Whether your trying to quit smoking or just enjoy vaping for the flavors, Diamond Vapor should be your first stop store. I've been to other stores and they either seem they don't care or your a bother to them and sell you anything with no given advice or background on products to what seems like just to get you out their hair. Diamond Vapor is BY FAR the best vape store in town!!

Over the time frame that I've been going, staff recognizes me by name and knows what my preferences are for mods as well as flavors. Great staff!

I absolutely love this shop. I have been here many times and have always been treated with the utmost respect and kindness. The selections are top quality and better priced than any other place that I've shopped at. This has become the only place that I will shop at thanks to the great prices and wonderful service. If you vape, this is the place to go.

Bo provided excellent customer service for a novice vapor with only a few minutes before closing. He never rushed me and wanted to make sure I felt confident about my purchase. By far the best customer service I've experienced in any retail store. Highly recommended for any novice vapor and I can only assume the advanced would be impressed as well.

I took a leap and decided to start vaping. Diamond Tek Vapor was able to provide excellent starter tips and advice for my new found journey of Vaping. Ryan gave excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable about the products.
