Called to set up an appt. A gentleman answered and said he could not assist me and handed tge phone to a female which I felt was handled unproffesionally. She was not very friendly. Just thanked them for their time.

I have been waiting for an appointment since Nov. 2021.No ly!I called again this week. I said that I would take an appt. with one of the girls because he is still booked up. He said that it would still be at least 2 or 3 weeks.No call yet.
