Happily surprised by my stay here at Marriott! I found this location to be of great value for what was spent. My room was comfortable and clean. The wear and tear was not too bad. I stayed in a king bed suite on the third floor that was close to the elevators. I didn't hear much noise in the hallway while I slept. I love the lobby! It felt warm and inviting! All the staff were so friendly and polite. I got breakfast from the bistro. It came out hot and fresh! Great quality ingredients and good flavor. The parking lot is spacious and they have EV stations. I think I saw at least three! Lots of shopping and eateries around in walking distance.

Late check in, as a result I was late attending a wedding. 9-29-23 room #300Roach in my shower!!! Early checkout!!!For those who want breakfast and or coffee —no free hot breakfast or coffee-you must pay!!! Better off staying at the Hilton which is nearby for $7.00 LESS than the Marriott. Starbucks wait was 33 minutes. IHOP wait was 45minutes, not a good way start off your morning before a long drive.

Hotel was very nice, the only problem that I'd was someone came in my room and turned the covers back. Yes, the covers on the bed WASN'T turned back when I got there. I put my clothes in the room went down stairs to a party that they was having in the ballroom came back up to my room and the covers on one of my beds was pulled back and look like someone has been in it.I didn't call the front desk because I wasn't staying in the room I only used the room to change my clothes for the party. Oh yea and none of my belongings was missing.

Nice clear hotel. With Friendly staff. Has cool outdoor seating are to chil and have a few drinks.

Hotel is acceptable. Have stayed multiple times. Took 2 months of calling to get a business receipt for a cancelled stay.

For what I'm paying free breakfast should be included! Lower priced hotels offer a good free breakfast but not this place. I will not be back!

My girlfriend and I are Marriott members and always like using them for anytime we travel, but this Marriott was different than the other ones we’ve visited. For some reason there was no microwave in our room and it was extremely annoying and embarrassing to have to bring our leftovers out to the lobby to reheat. Along with that, our fridge froze everything we put in it and there was no way to control unless we turned it off completely which I’ve also never encountered at any other Marriott. Service was great as usual, just extremely inconvenient having a freezer and no microwave in our room

I don't know if Sasha still works here. I used to travel a ton for work before covid, and I would keep notes of all the hotels/restaurants and places I wanted to leave a review for.Well, I found one that I forgot to leave, and apparently, at the time I stayed here, which was in July of 2020, I had an amazing experience with Sasha and the food was very good!

Very nice hotel. The room was very nice. The lobby was very welcoming, and the pool with the sitting area was nice.Rooms: Our room had two queen sized beds. It was very roomy. It had everything but a microwave. I'm assuming because there is a restaurant and bar in the lobby.

Loving the cleanliness! Loving how comfy the bed was....Loving the fact I was not scared to go to sleep at all in the room! Very nicely decorated.....did I mention clean!?!?!?!Rooms: Super clean!Safety: Was not worried at all about my safetyFood & drinks: Restaurants close by...walkable

The room itself was wonderful. But the front desk services were terrible. The first attendant this morning was extremely rude while all I was doing was trying to purchase a cup of coffee. Then the shift change and again I stand here and the attendant sees me waiting and none comes to the bistro to sell me a cup of coffee. Every trash can is overflowing outside the building. Then for $150.00 s night not even a free piece of Toast!Room was great but again service was not!Rooms: Clean and very comfortable

BEWARE - at this hotel they do NOT CLEAN ROOMS! Sure you'll be provided with some new towels, but this property is somehow still in operation while refusing to properly clean rooms daily; it's stated that housekeeping is available upon request (which we did request) only to receive a new set of towels with the rest of the room completely untouched. Upon speaking with someone else we were informed that under Marriott's policy for this property, rooms are automatically cleaned every sixth night. WHAT A JOKE! If we wanted such lackluster service we would be staying at a campground, NOT a Marriott branded property. Avoid at ALL COSTS!
