Favorite place to shop! Need new shopping carts, being told they are unsafe for children to sit in. I would say that's enough to invest in new carts for this store.

I've been shopping at the Jacksonville CosmoProf since they opened. Always a great experience there. Ladies are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They greet and call me by name as soon as I walk through the front door.
