The associate who was available asked me to hand over the phone, to which I obliged, and took it into a back room with a window and after a few minutes my phone’s charging port was back to normal. A concrete dust bath doesn’t do a phone good. Good on the Jacksonville Computer Warriors! (Went in at 5:45, left at 5:50).”
