We were definitely glad to have Chris on our side throughout our first home buying experience. It was clear that he was highly concerned with what was best for us as opposed to just making a sale. He answered all of our questions quickly and honestly and was helpful from the first viewing to closing. Will definitely use again if we buy in this area. Would highly recommend to anyone in search of a home.

Chris really listened to what I was looking for. He put me in contact with a great mortgage broker and got me the best rates. He stayed in contact daily throughout the entire buying process and made sure my new house was completely ready to move in to. He even came to the closing to make sure everything went smoothly. And now I'm living in the house of my dreams! I could not have hoped for a better buying experience.

I was looking to rent a home in the area and I bumped into Chris. He stepped up and helped me find a home that’s within my budget he went through everything to get me what I wanted and supported me and answered all the questions I had due to me knowing absolutely nothing about buying a home. At the end of our journey together searching and searching not only did I find a beautiful home to call mine but also a better understanding of how buying a home works. Chris was amazing with our home buying process. Answered so many questions, was honest and upfront about the entire process, and got us the quick closing that we needed. Chris helped my wife and I out in so many ways. He was there for showings when we couldn’t be as well as putting in long hours to make sure that we had a home to come to. He allowed us to move into our new home and close on the house in less than 30 days. He is the only one I would ever trust with buying a new home and being true to what you’re getting yourself into. Highly recommend him for any home buying adventures!!

While searching for apartments to rent my partner and I continually saw listings with Chris's name attached. Knowing nothing about apartment hunting in a competitive market we reached out to Chris to get more info. Within minutes he responded and gave us a phone call. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. When speaking and working with Chris it was like talking with a friend. He listened to all of our requests and thoughts on our ideal apartment and got a list of locations together for us. Ultimately we decided to purchase our home and when we made the decision Chris was able to switch on a dime and show us a number of homes that again fit exactly what we were looking for. The home buying process can be stressful but fortunately for us Chris was there to help us every step of the way and we will be recommending him to everyone in the area who is looking to rent or buy.
