“Took my 8 year old daughter here for a haircut before school starts. She saw Danny. She was very good with her and didn’t mind that she is on the quiet side. She got her hair cut, washed and some tinsel. It was sooo worth it. She is so happy and feels so beautiful.”
“Best place to buy school uniforms. Not only was Kim extremely helpful, she went above and beyond to help my girls get the right sizes, styles they wanted and colors for their school. Ordered the remainder of items online with ease with her help. She made this year’s school clothes shopping experience actually enjoyable for both my girls and I. Highly recommended The Children’s Place in Jacksonville Mall, and if you need any help I’d ask for Kim. (She even went in the back and was looking for the right sizes for my girls before suggesting online ordering) Very very happy with our visit and experience!”

“Located in a strip mall it's like any other Carter's, which includes Osh Kosh. The Sales Associates have always been awesome though and are super helpful. When my kids were having a fit they came over and asked if they wanted to play with blocks. Any parent would appreciate that! The reason for 4-stars is because they don't carry husky items in store, with the exception of a couple pairs of jeans.”
“Just like any store its a hit or miss. Sometimes you find something, other times you don't. The past couple times have been big scores on items. Even found the hubs a pullover.”
“The cleanest 2nd hand store I have ever seen or smelt! It had a nice clean scent that I noticed as soon as we entered. The aisles were decently wide and everything was neat and tidy. The staff was friendly.”

“My husband and I visited the Jacksonville Mall's JC Penney on Saturday, December 13th 2025. The experience was absolutely amazing. All the staff members we encountered were great!!! I think the first staff member was a manager and she was very helpful and courteous. But Kelly and Cheryl were a 10 out of 10. These ladies were friendly, helpful and went the extra mile. The prices were right. And again kudos to Kelly and Cheryl, you ladies Rock!!!!”
