If you need a realtor that not only does the easy transactions but also can handle the transactions that are way beyond the normal then Casey is your realtor. Casey will always be in your corner and look out for your best interests. She will be there for the long haul and help/ advise the entire way. Casey is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the real estate business. We are so blessed to have found her as our transaction was one of the beyond normal ones and would never have made it without her.

Casey was a great help during our home buying process. We built our home in NC, while we lived in another state. Casey walked us through the entire process from construction, selection of fixtures(etc), and even the actual buying process. She was such a great help, that I'd recommend her to anyone buying a home in the Jacksonville area.

You know they saying they save the best for last? That was true with Casey. After meeting with multiple realtors attemtping to find the right one, Casey came along in our lives to make our moving and house selling process easy. She was readily available to answer any questions we had. As a first time home owner, the process of selling a house was very new to me. She made everything easy to understand and signing documents was a breeze with the process she had. I would say she worked very hard to make sure we were able to sell the house with the time we had and made sure we got a good deal for the house we had called our home for 3 years. I would reccomend her to anyone that will be moving out to the NC area!

Casey did an amazing job finding me a place that fit all my requirements and from 3 states away! She was always willing to show me "one more". She handled every hiccup confidently and resolved the issues that popped up with aplomb. Every message or text was dealt with quickly. Highly recommend!

If there was more stars to select I would. Mrs Casey represented me better than I could have asked/imagined she went the extra mile with the quotes, numbers for references explaining to me really thoroughly about the ins & outs of the real estate purchases process etc. But the best of all she looks out for you & interests and really wants to help house people in the easiest/ fastest way would recommend 10/10.

Casey was amazing in every aspect. We were not in a rush to purchase a home but wanted to jump on an opportunity if one presented itself. We told her we didn’t want to waste her time and she insisted we were not. She took us to multiple showings and even dropped by one without us since it was so far (she knew exactly what we were looking for and it was not it haha). She was always available for questions via text message and was always excited to hear from us. Needless to say we FINALLY found the perfect house. Thank you Casey for your patience and understanding during our forever home purchase.
