Everyone I encountered was very friendly and made sure I didn’t need anything. My salesman Juan Espinoza was very knowledgeable and took the time necessary to answer my questions and explain the features of the truck. It was a very good experience.

After getting the run around for weeks and weeks (long story of problems one after another) about the car getting fixed, decided to take it elsewhere for service. This car is a 03 bought new from this dealership in 03 (salesman still works there and remembers selling this car) and has less than 70k Sunday miles, one elderly owner car and never been taken apart anywhere for anything whatsoever and Moore Buick said they don't know what happened to the dash pad, said it must have been the sun or some BS. This was 1000% not like this when it went in, but no one wants to own up to it. You can see where someone put a trim tool under it and tried to pull it up, and no it won't just pop back into place the glue that holds the pad down has been pulled up.
This is especially bad since ownership of the car everything it has ever needed it's went to this dealership for, oil changes, tires, lightbulbs, have all always been done at this dealership.
Just shows how loyal they are to long time loyal customers who think they're doing rite by taking their vehicle to a dealership.
Seems all the not so good reviews are regarding their service Dept and the line"that's just the way it is or was). Got the original problem fixed with OEM parts for half the price at another reputable shop in town.

Overall, a great experience. I worked with Kendra in internet sales to get an understanding of available incentives, rebates, etc... Upon coming to location, I met with Blake and hammered out a deal complete with OTD pricing. All of this went very smoothly, they even let me put down a deposit for the car I wanted and come back a week later to finalize purchase. Only concern I have, and it still bothers me, is that once I sat down to finalize the deal the final price was not as we had agreed. Apparently, approx. $2500 of the rebates/incentives I was offered and agreed to was negated due to financing through GM. If I had not already put down a "non-refundable" deposit, I may have walked away with this "surprise". Ultimately, I still think I got a good deal and Blake and Kendra were excellent to work with.

I needed a bigger SUV as our current one was too small for our needs. Matt Coxe did a tremendous job making the negotiating phase pretty quick and to the point. We got a gently used Buick Enclave Avenir for a very fair price with the trade of our old SUV. I really appreciated his approach to the deal and going the extra mile to ensure the sale was wrapped quickly once we hit our numbers. Also, the finance department had the paperwork ready extremely quickly and did not try to sell us extra garbage like a lot of other dealerships. There were no surprises and the numbers were exactly as agreed upon.
I have never owned a GM vehicle but am very impressed with this dealership and our "new to us" Buick Enclave. I would recommend giving them a look if you are in the market for a vehicle.
