Love it here. We go for a week long vacation every year and I trust Buddies with my 3 babies. The Family kennel is plenty big for all 3 (80 lbs, 100 lbs, and 40 lbs) They communicate while long term boarding and I love how they post daily pictures of my pups while there!

We had to take an important and unfortunately pet free trip out of town for 2 weeks. My dogs don't normally go to daycare. They are usually with me 24/7. My lab has major separation anxiety and my shepherd is very dog reactive to anyone who isn't her brother. So you can imagine how sick to my stomach I was to leave them behind, let alone with a stranger in a strange place. I was worried they'd feel abandoned. Would they care for my babies the way I do at home? Are they out for my money expensive? Where do I even take them?Cue my friends referral to Buddies! Great staff treats my dogs like family More than fair pricing multiple locations within the area daily photo updates of my dogs on FB expectations exceeded!I was able to watch my dogs have an absolute blast with the staff at buddies throught their pixtures on Facebook! Running around, playing! Not cowering in fear or aggression like I was worried about. When we came back to pick them up, they slept the whole drive home! It was like they were at "kids camp" and were all tuckered out! Thank you Buddies! We'll definitely be back and my dogs can't wait!

I don’t normally post reviews but after these guys have watched our fur boy for over two years, I think it’s time to give that 5-star review they deserve!!This staff goes above & beyond- taking last minute reservations, sending photos on long trips (including our wedding day!), & putting together events for the dogs! It takes a lot for us to leave our dog but every time we do, we only feel comfortable putting our trust into Buddies. The staff is always friendly, personable, & have a story or two to share when we pick him up. I can’t recommend these guys enough & I promise once you meet the team, you won’t want to go anywhere else!

This was my pups first groomer appointment. They worked with her being nervous, and she did great. Thanks to Cristina for being so kind and patient to my sweet Fury. She looks and smells great!We will be back!

My 2 dogs always have a great time when we board them here! The staff is always nice and sends me pics of my dogs so I know they’re having fun. I’ve also had my dogs groomed here and the staff did a great job. Love this place! Highly recommend!

We boarded our dogs for a week at Buddies this past August. Buddies helped us prep for boarding by answering all of my questions (via text!) as we go closer to their stay. We had great peace of mind knowing that Buddies posts pictures daily of all of their dogs playing. Searching for our pups' pics was a fun way to end our evenings on vacation. When we got back our dogs were happy to see us, but relaxed and happy. The facility was clean, smelled fresh, and the staff were friendly. We will definitely be back.

I’ve been coming to buddies for the past year or so. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable when it comes to dogs. I always recommend all locations of buddies to anyone that is looking for boarding or grooming. The staff always send updated photos of my dogs daily letting me know they are having a great time.

Friendly staff who communicates effectively! We took our youngest pup there for daycare because she has way more energy than our other 2 and she came home exhausted (WIN)! I know they look out for my dogs like their own as we have boarded with Buddies before and I don't have to worry about them when I cannot take them with me.

My Fur Baby Absolutely Loves Daycare Here!!! He comes home and he isn't so full of energy because he gets to play and enjoy himself all day. The staff is amazing. And it works great for the days when I have to work 12 hours giving me a sense of relief that My Baby isnt shut up in the house all day. I recommend Buddies Inc to everyone?

I have been taking my dogs to Buddies at the Jacksonville location and they have been exceptional in their dog care, services, and customer service. Their friendly staff is always there to assist and take great care of my dog. My dog loves going there! They just opened Buddies 2 off of Richlands Hwy location last week which is closer to my house so I have been taking my dog there and the facility, staff, and services are all the best I have ever seen! I trust the staff because they truly care about your dog. Will continue to take my dogs here!!

Best daycare/boarding in Jacksonville area! They are kind and they don’t go over capacity, so I know my dogs are getting proper care.
