I can't think of a single critical thing to say. Briana was always lightning-fast to respond during the day, patient, and not pushy. On time always. Extremely helpful person to work with; well-versed in the area and market. Full of great advice, if you ask for it. I'm grateful and lucky to have stumbled upon her. Just closed today on my first house (VA loan) and it couldn't have been easier. She had lots of useful pointers when it came time to make a competitive offer. Smooth like butter! Based on my experience I'm positive she'd be an equally good match for first-timers and seasoned buyers.

So I cannot sum up how seamless that Briana made the whole house buying process. I cannot recommend her enough, extremely accommodating and patient with all of my questions and concerns. We found our forever home thanks to all of her diligence and were able to close in record time.

I was in the Marines and had a rental house in Rock Creek. After retirement, I moved to Nebraska. She took care of everything and I hardly had to lift a finger. She got the house prepped, shown and sold within 3 weeks. Well Done Briana!

Briana is the best realtor! She worked with us to buy and sell our first home in Maysville, NC. She would answer all of our questions regardless of the time or day. In 2021, she assisted us in every possible way, all while being remote, since we were PCSing to NC from VA. In the fall of 2023, she did everything in her power to get our house sold super quick to meet our PCS timeline. She handled all open houses and marketing to make the sale happen. I recommend her to anyone who would listen. She truly made the process so easy and stress free!

Briana helped us buy our new build in 2020 and sell it in 2023. She is the best realtor we ever worked with (6 military PCS’). She is extremely grounded and will provide the most objective guidance on selling and buying. She took most of the load of moving off our shoulders and acted autonomously with the buyers agent when we were selling, producing us constant updates at all hours of the day. She is extremely accessible, professional, and thoughtful. She got us a very thoughtful gift when we sold our home. We would only recommend Briana to any Marine buying or selling in NC.

Briana was fantastic throughout our entire homebuying journey. She never pressured or tried to upsell us, and responded quickly to our (many) questions.Further, her knowledge about Camp Lejeune (which gates are open at which times, and which ones are prone to a long wait time, among other things) was invaluable.Highly recommend if you want a competent realtor who has your interest at heart, especially if you are a military family.

First-time homebuying experience was absolutely amazing with Briana! She was there to help us every step along the way and was so knowledgeable! We had a plethora of questions that she was able to answer concisely. Briana was so accommodating and flexible to meet our needs.
