Horrible experience. I’m a DoorDash driver and delivered food here to a woman named Adasha. I left the food at the door and took a picture of the food and ”Boomtown” sign to let her know it was delivered. She responds to me and says I never dropped off the food and left basically.I ended up getting deactivated from DoorDash over this and this is my only income right now as I just moved to the area with my wife, dog, and son.(Photos below)I call to complain and leave a report about it, and a woman Christina was very nice at first and took my name and number to send to the owner, and I called back to add something and she was completely rude. She dismissed everything and said “sir there’s nothing we can do about it, it was her personal phone and lunch time and the owner probably won’t call you back or do anything about it”….completely changed her tune about it.I don’t care how nice the furniture is, customer service is horrible and I’m not even a customer. Just someone who delivered food there and had a bad experience.

Shawn and the Boomtown team provided exceptional high-quality customer service. They listened to what suited my needs and even provided options for the delivery. That was important to me because I care how I’m treated when spending my hard earned money. I had zero issues from being to end. The furniture looks great in my space, too :-)Thank you!!

I bought a dryer here with Steven’s help and it got delivered just a few hours later. The delivery guys were great and efficient! I will definitely be doing business here again!

Purchased a sofa on Thursday it was in stock and they are bringing it today! I don't think there is store in this town that could be that fast. Boomtown has stock to sell from where most stores tell you it will takes weeks or month + to get. Very staisifed customer.

Purchased a couch, a TV stand and a Washer and Dryer from Zach. Very professional, held my order for a month and set up delivery for the day after I moved into my new home. The delivery team was absolutely awesome! Boom Town Furniture was recommended to me and now I'm recommending Boom Town Furniture to everyone! From making the sale to delivering the goods, they run a business the way that it is supposed to be run.

Boomtown experience was extremely positive from the service to the workers in the store...a most pleasant experience!!!Quality furniture...and the business side was remarkable...it gave me the feeling of how business used to be ran....beautiful in deed.

We went to several furniture stores looking for the right couch. James took the time with us to help us make the right choice. We didn’t feel pressured to purchase right away. He even suggested we visit a couple more stores before we made up our mind. We came back to Boom Town and bought 6 pieces of furniture! James is very personal and listens to what you want.

Honestly some of the worst customer care I've ever received. I ordered a Sectional March 1st. We were told we would receive our couch no later than end of April. It was then delayed until the end of May, then the end of June. Now the end of July. I asked about a discount due to the order being MONTHS late and was told no. The company then states its their vendors fault. But I didn't pay the vendor, I paid Boom Town over a thousand dollars. It's the company's job to either have reliable vendors or make customer accommodations. Not just keep pushing back the order and being okay with it. Terrible experience.

Bought household appliances and a sectional couch over the last couple years and it's been a blessing. James Hernandez's and the rest of the crew at boomtown furniture are the best at what they do and they always know how to make you feel at home.
