Scott was very helpful and we bought what we wanted at an excellent price. We also bought an extended warranty with a little work we received a good deal and will be leaving 5k under budget with a warranty. Thank you to the whole staff and Bob mills Mitsubishi.

Honestly they were very patient and took my needs into consideration. Scott is a great guy and can help with pretty much anything you want, and was very attentive. There whole team from sales-finance was an overall great experience.

I had to have an engine stopper installed. The service manager kept me waiting for 4 hours and blamed the front of house staff for the wait. Then I called a week later asking if engine noise was normal after installation. The same service manager implied I was ignorant and that it did not affect the engine at all. After googling "engine stopper noise" I discovered the device is metal and clips on to the framework which causes rattling. Having said, I probably wouldn't take my car there for servicing. Also, the salesman that helped me lied to me about something I would have agreed to anyway, and I felt that he purposefully did not give me a copy of my paperwork until after engine stopper installation because of it. Other than disrespect and unnecessary shadyness, great car.

EDIT: Alex reached out to me and addressed my concerns. She was wonderful and listened to my complaint. Still never going back but grateful appreciated her.Never buying a used car here again. I bought a 2011 Nissan Murano that basically had no back brakes and wavy rotors. (Took it to get inspected after the fact) I repeatedly told them I didn’t like the brakes and they told me it was a cheap fix. But my husband really liked the car, was willing to spend the money for all new brakes & rotors, and it was in our budget. Luckily they did an oil change for free since it had been sitting for 8 months. My advice? If it isn’t a Mitsubishi, look elsewhere.

I understand a lot more happens than just an oil change. Y’all do your point to point inspection and that’s fine. But it should not take an hour and half for coming in for an oil change. I mentioned my breaks were squeaking and after a few minutes an employee can to me and said it would take 3 hours to change the breaks. I politely declined that I could wait around that long due to my kid. They even offered to take me somewhere but I just wanted the oil change and to leave. I finally walked to the back to see what was taking so long and there my truck was waiting for me while I was illformed if it’s completion. I told the worker behind the counter that it shouldn’t take this long and we both go into an argument. “Don’t point your finger in my face” he said. But if you review your security cameras you’ll see that my hand was well over 5ft away from his face. I told him that I didn’t get the break change cause it was gonna take 3 hours. He rudely told me it wouldn’t take 3 hours and I assured him that’s what another employee told me. The whole reason I didn’t get it was the fact it was gonna take 3 hours. I absolutely despise this company. The only reason I’m doing the oil change with it is so I don’t void the warranty. They lock the buyers in with getting maintenance with them only to offer more maintenance to charge more money. On my last note they didn’t even put the sticker on my windshield for the next time I would need an oil change.

The staff in service was very nice and explained everything to me in terms I understood. The warranty on my daughter's car is excellent and I'm happy that the service department can always fit her in when something seems amiss.

Everyone here was super helpful! I needed a bigger vehicle and they made it happen. Chris was by far the most helpful and really worked with me. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, I will definitely check out what Chris has to offer.

I want this jeep its my birthday and I went back there to get it and show them my income and the person that's behind the counter when you walk in a young unloving black person. Laugh at me about my income. I'm on social security happy verify my social security income he laughed at me it's my birthday and I want that jeep that man mocked at me because of my income. I get a little bit back anyway you could say thanks to him he didn't even try to make it so. Can anybody out there make it so my birthday is today. He was not very respectful I'll have a great day birthday to me I'll get my Jeep some way. Happy birthday to me. Somebody help me get my Jeep today

I brought my 22 mirage in for service which included 2 front tires and a wheel bearing. Took them 2 weeks to do, also I made an appointment 2 weeks prior.After I got it back, the problem with the wheel bearing is still there. So of course, I brought it back. Also, don’t even bother calling the service department. They NEVER answer the phone.The next day after i dropped it back off, I was at work and my wife had to pick up my car. She had to call the sales department and someone had to walk over to the service area and tell them to pick up the phone to even find out if the car was finished.After my wife brought the car home, I drove it later that same evening, problem is still there. Their technician said “rubbing dust shield”.Are you kidding me? How incompetent are your technicians? I know they didn’t drive it as they claim they did to diagnose it.Unbeknownst to you people I went to tech school and have a degree in automotive management. Plus I’m not deaf, you can hear the thing squeaking when driving. If you know what to listen for, with any experience, it’s pretty simple to figure out.I know what I’m talking about and it’s completely unacceptable that your technicians can’t properly diagnose and repair a vehicle that YOU ALREADY KNOW THE ISSUE!The only reason I even brought it to you people was because the car is under warranty. Do yourselves a favor people, avoid this place like the plague…. Or should I say now days, avoid it like someone who has Covid.I wish there was an option for zero stars because that’s the rating this place needs in the service department.

My experience using the extended warranty to get repairs done on my vehicle. So far it has been very subpar. While the staff is friendly, there are not enough I have been waiting for the staff to confirm with the warranty company to get this repair done for over a week. While talking with staff, I found out that someone approved only one person working this entire week. I was told that they should have a vehicle ready for me today so I’ll be updating later and then hopefully they’ll have my car repaired and then I can update this then as well.Update - 1The staff that was off is back and they were able to get the approval for my warranty and gave me a loaner car.

I came in worried about purchasing a truck and Scott made it much easier to deal with. He made the process very relaxing and was thorough about the process. I would definitely recommend coming out to Bob Mills to buy a vehicle from him.

sold me a car with problems and refuse to fix. I bought a vehicle with bad motor mounts and bad tie rods i had no idea at the time these were going bad. A few months later my vehicle starting making weird noises I took it back to Bob Mills they inspected it and told me what it was. Apparently all the warranty stuff I bought doesn't cover tie rods only motor mounts with a $200 deductible. They refuse to fix this or even acknowledge the problem. I have reached out to them they told me they would call me back well that phone call happened August 25 today is September 14 and guess what zero communication from them. I will never recommend them they sold me a car with mechanical problems and refuse to fix this. Now I'm stuck with their problem vehicle on my own dime. I love my vehicle but hate that it's broke
