My bf brought his iPhone in for repair on his back screen glass. They gave him new iPhone with locked carrier. We been struggling back n forth tryin to get his iPhone unlocked. I been talked with my carrier they told me that it was Best Buy responsibility to unlock and I did talk to geek squad on the phone they told me they will unlock it. We came back to ask for unlock his iPhone they told us nope. Bad service don’t go to geek squad they stole your phone and gave u the locked carrier!!!

I would never do business with this store or any other Best Buy. I ordered a TV to be shipped to Rhode Island and it was sent to me in North Carolina. I was on the phone with customer service( all from India and are hard to understand) and was lied to repeatedly. The last lie was if I drove it to the Best Buy Store, they would immediately refund my money. I drove 80 miles round trip and was told it would take days to hit my account! Worst customer service I have EVER dealt with!!! Staff was rude and unhelpful at the store as well!

The salesmen on the floor were not much help. One said they do not have any more routers left. I thought that was funny, so I walked and walked around until I found them. The next guy could not answer my question, but he recommended that I pay $120 to geek squad. I returned all the items but still have a $10 charge on my account. I just pay the $10 and be done.

Our existing Maytag refrigerator decided to stop making ice. My wife and I really like the LG refrigerator we had in our previous home, so we decided to replace the Maytag. Went to Best Buy in Jacksonville on December 31st. We had the good fortune of working with Anthony. We knew the model we wanted so it wasn’t a tough transaction, but let me tell you, this young man was simply outstanding. Courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Go to Best Buy, ask for Anthony, you won’t be disappointed.Fingers crossed that next week’s delivery and installation go as smoothly.Update on the installation of the new refrigerator . . . perfect. Install team was on time. Product was installed flawlessly. And everything was clean and tidy when they left. I was particularly impressed with how they made sure my wife and I understood everything about the new refrigerator and that we were pleased with their work. I (Doh!) neglected to get the names of the gentlemen who installed the refrigerator for which I am sorry, because they should be commended for their fine work.

I went to this Best Buy and I purchased a iPad Pro cellular they sent out because they didn’t have it I paid with my citi bank card the full amount with Apple care I was told i will pay my monthly payments from that card no other card was placed on file for payments and they tried taking payment from a card that I didn’t approve or put don’t on file for payment I called and explained and said I was told everything was going to be paid through them not any other card and she said we can’t do anything anymore we assumed and I told her we never got a paper or email or a call saying it didn’t go through so I don’t understand form a error y’all did I’m not having something I paid for and they didn’t help and toke my warranty off without knowing or saying anything don’t use citi Best Buy card and I was lied to saying everything was going be paid through that card when now they were charging another card
